Located within the gated community of Paradise Palm Resort, Magic Manor offers easy access to Florida’s theme parks and attractions alongside the convenience of resort living.

Swing by the clubhouse cafe to start your day off with your favorite Starbucks products along with warm pastries.

Guests will enjoy the 2400 square foot heated pool featuring waterfalls, 2 hot tubs, a grotto, a waterslide and kid’s splash pad. Cool off with delicious Hershey’s ice cream served at the clubhouse.

Make a splash poolside with a refreshing specialty cocktail and enjoy perfectly fried chicken wings at the bar!

Paradise Palms Bar & Grill offers a variety of frozen and fresh cocktails, along with a delicious menu of quick bites, salads, sandwiches, and pizzas. It’s the perfect spot for lunch or dinner during your stay!

Basketball, Tennis, Shuffleboard, Soccer, Pickleball & Volleyball equipment rentals are available with a valid ID at the front desk.

No need to skip days on your workout routine with a wide variety of cardio, strength machines and free weights available at the fitness center. A valid ID is required at the front desk for ages 16 and up to permit entry to the fitness center and sauna.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

• Parking – One free parking spot in the driveway. Additional free parking space is available across the street.

• Complimentary amenities for children – high chair, baby bath seat, baby swing, pack and play, and baby monitor.

• Wi-Fi – Magic Manor has complimentary Wi-Fi included in your stay.

• Laundry – Free use of the washer and dryer in the laundry room.

• Trash – For your convenience, Magic Manor has a daily Valet Trash service. All garbage MUST be inside the brown bench on the front porch by 10 AM. All trash must be securely bagged and tied off. If your trash does not fit in the bench, it will not be picked up. If you are unable to take your trash out by 10 AM or it will not fit in the bench, it must be taken to the compactor. The compactor is located next to the basketball court.

• Pool Heater – Optional pool heat for an additional $35.00 per night (it must be the entire stay with a minimum of two nights). It takes 10-12 hours to fully warm the pool to 90°F (maximum temperature for the pool). Request this option in advance of arrival in order allow the pool to be heated for your stay.

• No Smoking or Drug Use - Magic Manor is smoke-free, including the outside area and pool deck. Smoking of any substance, including vaping, is not allowed. Any signs of smoking will result in fines.

• No Parties – Parties are strictly prohibited. The host of the party could face fines if the resort security or police receive a call for any form disturbance.

• Quiet Hours – Paradise Palm Resort enforces quiet hours between 10pm - 8am. Guests are responsible for any noise violations incurred during your stay.

• Report Damage Immediately – We understand accidents can happen. If you break anything, please let us know immediately so we can maintain a pristine property. If it is minor, we usually won't charge your deposit. If it is a larger issue (e.g. damage to themed decor or appliances), we would like to agree on cost with you before departure to avoid conflicts.

• POOL USE WAIVER: The private pool is used at your own risk. No lifeguard is provided. Guests are responsible for supervising children and complying with all posted safety rules, including no diving. By booking the property, guests acknowledge and agree to the swimming pool assumption-of-risk and waiver provisions contained in the rental agreement.
