When you're ready to wind down, the private hot tub awaits with stunning views of the Idaho wilderness. Outside, 43 acres of walking trails stretch through untouched forest, and Payette Lake is just a short stroll away. This cabin does it all.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full access to the entire cabin — all five bedrooms, both living areas, the game room, fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, jetted soaker tub, and the private trail access behind the property. Check-in is seamless with our smart lock system — no keys, no waiting. We're available via message or text throughout your stay for anything you need.

Please note: There is a separate studio apartment above the garage on the property. This space is independently managed and is not included in this listing. When available, it can be added on for an additional fee — just reach out if you're interested. Studio guests do not have access to the cabin's amenities, so this will have no impact on your stay.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing

To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.



Pet Policy

Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:,$50 for 1 dog $100 for 2 dogs

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver

Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you'll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation. You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
