Adorable house, great location. We will be back!

The kitchen outlets weren't working, so I had to open a service request, which took 48 hours to resolve. The hosts were unreachable before the stay and during. The property is just meh. The backyard is abandoned, with chairs stacked in a corner and upside down, and other seats are missing cushions; that's another item I sent a message about and am still waiting on a response (LOL). Internet kept dropping connection on all devices making it a challenge to work. Router unreachable. Only one parking space is allowed. We won't ever be staying here again. This property is poorly managed and left much to be desired. Many other better options around.

This is a cute, updated rental perfect for a couple. Its proximity to beach access is great and is only one block off the beach.

My partner and I both enjoyed this stay. Great distance to the beach and anywhere else on the island.

Nicely appointed unit with hotel quality bedding, more than sufficient kitchen supplies, adequate water pressure, and clean. Quick access to the beach via the 29th St access lines with gorgeous tropical foliage. One block to the free trolley stop which runs from Bean Point to Coquina Beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants in between.

great location, clean and updated property, all the kitchen utensils were available. Concerns: bedroom fan is too loud. Needs replaced or repaired. Yellow chair in sitting area is not useful nor comfortable. Could not use. Should be replaced.

Perfect location, steps from the beach and walking distance to Walgreens, Publix etc. Unit is small but was great for myself, husband, and toddler. Had all the essentials. Rental company was responsive, but we really didn’t need anything or have any issues during our stay. It would be nice if the backyard was landscaped. We would stay again.
