Ground floor:
- A large 30 m² living room with lounge area (TV, double sofa bed 140x200)
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, etc., with dining area, high table for 4 people, low table for 2 people (children, teenagers).
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC). Direct access to the terrace

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds, and its shower room (with shower) open to the bedroom

- WC

Additional equipment:
Plancha, iron and ironing board, cot and high chair (baby) laundry available on request.

Communal areas:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of around 700 m², shared with guests staying at the ‘ESPRIT FAMILLE gîte, which accommodates up to 4 people (no minors allowed).
- A dedicated area for rest and relaxation with a shared hot tub
- A 40 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture.

The owners have undertaken a complete renovation of this building steeped in history, taking care to preserve its soul while providing every modern comfort. The house is ideally located in Dinan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
