Set on a fully fenced block that has an established garden, this timber home has open plan kitchen, living and dining. It's in a great location for your next family holiday.

The lounge has new sofas TV and DVD with a Coonara wood heater to keep you warm during the cooler months. The dining table is centrally located and the kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking and a microwave, as well as lots of salad bowls, platters etc.

There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms the family bathroom has a bath and a shower.

You will find a second fridge in the laundry as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The front of the house has a covered veranda with seating and rear deck is covered with a gas bbq and outdoor setting.

Pets are welcome- strictly outside only (Conditions apply)

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

    Relaxed beach shack 5 min walk to very nice Ventnor/Red Rocks beach, perfect for families with kids and a dog. Great swimming beach also good for snorkeling, fishing, boating. Property is fully fenced with a nice front and rear yard, undercover BBQ area, great verandah and deck, nice surprise woodheater in the lounge which heated the whole house on one cooler night, on the warmer days opened all windows to get the sea breeze running through. 10 min drive into Cowes for supplies. Check in and check out really simple and easy.

    Great location for a family holiday, walk to the beach, yard for kids to play and kitchen has everything you need.sadly the house just gets too hot on warm days and there is no aircon.

    We enjoyed the stay at Ventnor in Lyall st , and would stay there again , it did have everything we needed except the bbq hose was to hard to change over to a new gas bottle , but it was a very nice house and great to stay at , very enjoyable , and close to Cowes . With very comfortable beds and the veranda was fantastic on wet days , Thankyou for the experience , kind regards Kerrie xx
