Luxury Woodland Retreat Near the Ocean Custom Built on 2.4 Acres Cape Elizabeth

Jocelyn's property is beautifully located and designed. From the inside out, it is pretty spectacular. The home is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We enjoyed daily outings to nearby Crescent Beach and Portland. We left with a new appreciation of nature and the woods.

The house is modern and beautiful! Soothing blue decor. Fully equipped kitchen with the latest appliances. Central air throughout. Te washer and dryer are new as well. Fully appointed. Our host Jocelyn Gabriel was welcoming and responsive to our needs. She even hand delivered extra dishwasher detergent.

Our group had a fantastic stay. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is extremely private, located on a large, mostly forested lot. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the large deck, surrounded by nature. Jocelyn was very helpful and responsive, and provided a number of great suggestions for our trip!

Great quiet neighborhood, hiking and biking through the neighborhood. Didn’t get to enjoy all of the amenities of the house because there are so many great things to do near by. Short drive to downtown Portland. Amazing property, great getaway for our family.

Our stay at the house was a relaxing visit to the woods and nature, while staying in a modern and clean house. It was the best of both worlds.

A great place to stay in Cape Elizabeth. The house is off the beaten path enough to provide plenty of privacy and quiet, but close enough to everything around to enjoy everything the area has to offer (5-10 minutes to coast, 15 minutes to Portland). Very responsive and friendly host, everything was as advertised. We would recommend for anyone looking to visit the area.
