Everything was perfect. Great host!

Accommodations were excellent. Very clean and well equipped even though we didn’t cook any meals. The pool was great after full days of fishing in 90 degree temperatures. Food delivery options are limited was our only challenge. I will consider this spot for a family vacation next. Would be perfect for the kids.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was very clean when we arrived. There is a well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, for the pool and bath, and many beach toys. The lanai is fantastic, a large table for eating outside and another large area with a coffee table that has ample seating. We spend most of out time out there. They have quite a few lounge chairs to sit around the heated pool and a wonderful view of the yard with a canal in the background. The house is very close to Engelwood Beach and Gasparilla Island, both beautiful places to spend the day. I would highly recommend this home. It will not disappoint!!!

Our stay was amazing and relaxing. The property was very secluded and quiet. But not far from restaurant's and stores..i would love to return and stay there again. Thanks Paul

Well equipped kitchen, clean home. Someone needs to check on one of the twin beds, it is not attached to the headboard and it tips over when you go to sit down on it. Also, there are quite a few lightbulbs that need to be changed. Would definitely stay here again!!

Lots of rooms/beds for larger parties and families, the convenience of having the pack n play an high chair there for our baby was nice. He loved swimming in the pool, great that all of the dishes/amenities needed for the kitchen were provided.

The pool was great, the house and lanai were wonderful with comfortable furniture. The house was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the water has a smell which I have been told is a common problem in some parts of Florida. But we have rented three times because everything else about the house is super.

Home qas great, clean and fresh when we arrived. Check in was easy and the kitchen was well set with dishes and what was needed for cooking. Loved the sliders allowing open air feel ans the large outdoor space. Had a great time!!

Everything was great. Our only issue had nothing to do with the home, we were stuck in the Atlanta airport for 30 hours and didn’t get to stay at the home on our first night. The house itself was very nice and relaxing!

This house has plenty of dishes, bikes, beach supplies including small cooler, chairs, etc.. Beds were comfortable. Very pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

It is our second time at Linda's house, excellent location for a relax vacation, near the beach, quite neighborhood, amazing view from the lanai.

Nice, clean home. Had everything you would need and very comfortable beds. Fishing was decent. Would definitely rent from them again just next time Ill be more prepared for the mosquitoes/ no-see-ums!!

Architecture of home amazing! We understand how hurricanes can take a toll on properties though home cleanliness has nothing to do with a hurricane. Daytime living areas clean and decorated nicely. Bathrooms dirty, felt as though some sheets not changed for our stay. Dust bunnies in bedrooms, and one bedroom smelled like dog. Arm of living room chair broken, should probably be repaired before a guest is injured. Owner promptly sent manager to attend to the leaking dishwasher. Owner promptly attended to a question we had with the pool that turned out to be no concern. When owner told about cleanliness of house a verbal apology was given though issues were not addressed while we were there. Enjoyed the use of fishing poles in the garage and the BBQ! Loved seeing nature and animals in the area!

Our stay was very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool. The air conditioner temperature was always comfortable. We walked around the neighborhood and also went to Ollie’s Pond.

We enjoyed our stay, the private pool, and the convenience of the available high chair and pack-n-play. Location is pretty remote - need to drive everywhere. Could have used more detailed directions on TV usage, location of restaurants and beaches, etc.

Had a wonderful time at this property! Absolutely beautiful house. Huge! Great lanai. Really nice view of the canal but also very private. Garage was stuffed full of things to use. Coolers, shell sifters, bikes, etc. Already planning next trip but will bring more people to fill the house. Owners were great to work with!! All thumbs up for us on this property!!

This is a comfortable, well-equipped property with a warm outdoor pool. Towels and bedding were generously supplied and various bicycles and beach items were available. Some of the fittings and equipment are dated, but generally function ok. The owners are very welcoming and were responsive to the feedback we provided on a couple of issues. It should be noted that we visited not long after Hurricanes Helene and Milton passed through and that the owners and the region as a whole were still in a clean-up/recovery phase.

I rented the property for our son and his 4 children because we did not have room for everyone to sleep at our home. We live nearby, so they had their meals at our place. They were pleased with the accommodations. Linda was quick to respond to my questions and made the process seamless. Very happy with our choice.

It is absolutely beautiful! Having a private pool is amazing. Very well stocked home with lots of extras. Nothing negative to say at all!! We will be back!

We enjoyed celebrating my husband’s birthday at this nice home. The listing accurately describes the property, we had no problems or issues. The weather was nice enough that we were able to enjoy the pool every day. We will likely book this location again if it’s available on our next trip to FL.
