Stayed Jul 12, 2025This fantastic house was perfect for our multi generation family vacation. The hosts though of everything and it was incredibly well stocked. The views from the porch were magnificent and the bird watching was a nice added bonus. We would love to return again in the future.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024This place was great. There were 9 of us including 6 teens. Plenty of space for everyone. Each bedroom had its own balcony, which the kids loved. The elevator was a big plus for my mother-in-law. The view from the back of the house was beautiful. And only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024The house is located on the edge of a state park with a beautiful marsh filled with birds, a very clean public beach located just across the highway. Centrally located between the Bethany Beach and Rehoboth Boardwalks, both a short drive away. Short drive from several very good seafood restaurants. the community is quiet and safe, with a nice little pool and tennis courts. The house is AMAZING, the top floor master suite is spacious with amazing views from the private deck. All 4 bedrooms have a balcony. Huge Kitchen, living room, media room, plenty of bathrooms(5) a wraparound deck with hot tub, plenty of room to gather, or have some privacy. Linda is an attentive host, and even put out some beach toys for our kids to use. We had a wonderful stay.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022Had a wonderful time at this great property. Had a bit of trouble with the fridge but with the capacity offered by the secondary refrigerators, it proved to be only a minor hitch. Plenty of private spaces to relax and unwind. This house is beautiful with water views from virtually every window, and there are lots to choose from. The owners and property mgrs. go the extra mile to ensure your stay will more than pleasurable. We look forward to returning !!
