Luxury Waterfront Home with Private Pool and Dock!

An amazing, quiet, clean, and well-stocked stay!

Fantastic home for a group outing! Fully stocked kitchen made meals at home easy. The decks were great communal spaces for morning coffee and happy hour drinks. The pool was perfect for cooling off and just relaxing.

The location was great- we enjoyed escaping the hustle and bustle of Duval street. I would recommend renting a bike if you want to venture out for coffee in the AM, there weren’t close options to walk to. We loved our stay and would recommend.

Far enough from Duval to be quiet but close enough to quickly get to the action. The management company was easy to work with and very accommodating.

Everything was perfect with the exception of the air conditioning and ceiling fan in the main bedroom. The fan only had reverse, and the air conditioner is controlled remotely by the property manager, too warm at night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good stay at Bayview Retreat. The house was clean and the location was good as long as you have a bike available to get to town. A couple of things to note - The outdoor furniture was pretty tired and needed updating and the refrigerator in the garage that could have been used for the pool area was not working - the refrigerator by the pool was more of a bait refrigerator which smelled of fish. It would be nice to have a working refrigerator for the outdoor area. The kitchen was nice but pretty bare as far as supplies and the pots and pans were pretty old. Overall, it was a nice house but needs some updating.

Everything about the place is accurste. Great spot.

The property, location and dock are great. Our 11 year old grandson loved fishing off the dock. The adults enjoyed the location, quiet but easy to get everywhere. Also, the house is big enough for 6 adults (3 families) and the grandchild. The only improvement I would suggest is that the kitchen could be a little better equipped.
