Our stay at this property for our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect. The pictures truly don’t capture how beautiful this place is — the house, the grounds, and every detail exceeded our expectations. There was so much space, making it effortless to host our family and friends comfortably. Everything we needed was available, and the home was stocked with thoughtful touches that made our stay stress-free.Communication with the host was wonderful — she was so kind, responsive, and generous, which made the entire experience even better. We can’t thank her enough for helping make such a special weekend even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future!

The venue is perfectly surrounded by the marsh and is absolutely beautiful! The event space was perfect for our wedding, and the entire property was very accommodating to our family and guests. The sunrise and sunset were breathtaking, and if you enjoy the quiet moments, you may be just as blessed to see the dolphins pass by. Sandra is a great host and always answered any questions we had along the way.

This beautiful property and home has too many beautiful features and nice amenities to describe. This home and setting was perfect for an immediate-only-family wedding for 6 couples, two children ages 2-5, and an infant. Everyone found their special niches and activities including reading on the expansive screened in porch, fishing off the dock, lazing on the hammock, and even playing ping pong. The memories will be lasting. Owner/hostess Sandra always responded in a timely fashion. She also kept me up to date on new amenities that we could use for the wedding and offered suggestions for local businesses when asked. This home has so many carefully selected details and its grounds are so beautiful and serene. Only good vibes here!

We stayed at the house for my daughter’s wedding! The house and property was absolutely beautiful! There was enough room for everyone! The host was amazing always answering my multiple questions very nice and always willing to help even before the trip to help with rental places!

This house is insanely gorgeous, everywhere you look there is a new piece of history. It’s like staying in a museum on its own private island surrounded by the most incredible oasis. Our family has such an incredible time and our wedding day was PERFECT!! Our guests even had to escape potential rain inside and it was so intimate and perfect! And everyone got to admire the beautiful home that we had been enjoying all week. What a treat for my friends and family from Nebraska. Thank you Sandi & Rick! We will be returning customers for sure!

Everything about this house and property was absolutely stunning. My girlfriends and I had the greatest time ever lounging about, and taking advantage of the open air porch with the greatest views. It was a pinch-me weekend. And Sandra could not have been a better host. So kind and accommodating, absolutely exemplary. We're already dreaming about a reunion year again in a few years!

The property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful surroundings and a very well maintained house. I would highly recommend to anyone. You felt so secluded but we were still so close to many things to enjoy in Savannah and Tybee. The pictures don’t do it justice.

Best decision we made was hosting our wedding at The Venue! It's one of a kind, with an amazing breeze, beautiful accommodations and views for days ! Every detail on the property was meticulously planned. The host was attentive, beyond accommodating, and super easy to work with. Fantastic for groups! Our family loved it, and our friends loved it! We had 10 in our party and no one ever felt on top of each other. Plenty of areas to gather as a group or be alone to read or fish. Best vacation for the price. Such much to do at the house and around town. Kayaks, very nice bikes w/helmets already, grills ready, etc. Gated property which made our stay very comfortable. Too much to note everything!
