Stayed Mar 14, 2025We enjoyed this place. The underhouse table is huge and fit us perfectly. With a propane grill and sink made cooking easy. Really nice and quiet property. Walked around. Went to the Granbury downtown with the sandy beach. Kids loved it. The interior of the house is roomy and fit our group of 16 well. Upstairs is very cool.

The rooms were large with nice bathrooms, plenty of seating at tables to eat, spacious home and the cousins loved hanging in the game room with the fun games and theatre room. A perfect fit for a large family with kids. Thank you!

Stayed Sep 13, 2024We absolutely had a blast at this place, plenty spacious and an awesome open concept. Looking from the outside you would never think how awesome it is inside. Kids have the entire upstairs for movies and games plenty of seating for adults downstairs. Very awesome room set ups and more than enough space for outside fun! Cookouts footbal fishing you name it A+

The children really enyoyed the playroom. All beds were very comfortable. The owner was very attentive to all our needs I would highly recommend this property!

Stayed May 24, 2024This property was the perfect location to host my son’s high school graduation celebration. We had plenty of room for family and friends to gather. The kids loved the play room upstairs. The house was very clean and upscale. Communication with the property manager was very prompt and effective. I highly recommend this property for your stay.
