Sombrero Beach is less than a mile away, with a kids’ playground, dog park, volleyball courts, picnic areas, and a beautiful stretch of beach.

Within the same one-mile area you’ll find Publix, restaurants, shops, and the new Surf Style with its wave pool. You can spend the morning at the beach, grab lunch nearby, pick up groceries, and be back at the house and pool within minutes.
