Stayed Jan 17, 2026The house was very nice. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully supplied. Pool was nice and relaxing. Enjoyed watching boats go by on the canal. Host provided welcome information prior to arrival and departure info the day before departure.

Stayed Sep 28, 2024If I mention this is our 7th visit, that should be more than enough. This is our favorite place to stay in Cape Coral, barring none. The house is immaculate, the location is great, and we so enjoy the morning sun. Wish we could stay more often!

Stayed Apr 7, 2024We loved our stay at Eric’s property. The area is very quiet and close to all the amenities needed! All furnishings were comfortable.The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. The heated pool and lanai area is perfect to relax and watch the fish jumping and boats passing by. Thanks Eric!!!
