LUXURY WATERFRONT 6BR/5BA HOME - PRIVATE BOAT DOCK/POOL/HOT TUB/HOME THEATER

This was a great home and very centrally located to many attractions in West Palm Beach area. It was located not far from the highway which made getting to places very easy. The home was very clean and well stocked which was a huge plus! Alex was very great at communication the entire stay. The King beds in all the rooms was definitely a plus as well. Would definitely recommend!

House was well stocked and everything was as advertised or better. Owner was very responsive to questions and overall great experience. Very minor suggestion is to have tv in main sitting area but this is minimal compared to all the great features.

Another fabulous stay at this beautiful home! Everything is amazing - wonderful space, comfortable bedding, well equipped kitchen with equipment, utensils, condiments etc. Pool and hot tub are comfortable for everyone - plenty of lounge chairs, shade and outdoor dining area. Alex is the best! Responds immediately and takes care of any problems that arise. Already booked again for next year

My family spent the week of Thanksgiving at the property. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again in the future. very impressed with the house, outdoor area and how well stocked the kitchen was. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the theater room. The house is amazing and we enjoyed the

Overall solid experience. House was a bit dated and not clean in some areas but overall fine. A lot of rules, many of which were helpful.

This was our annual girls trip and we had a fabulous time. This place is stunning and had great communication with the host. Would definitely come back

Beautiful home and setting. The house had everything we needed!

The home was just as pictured and described. Plenty of room for everyone of our 14 family members. 12 year old loved the theater, 7 year old loved to fish. All the kids and a few adults loved kayaking. We didn't need to leave the home to entertain ourselves. We played card games at the large tables. We soaked up the sun on the patio watching the kids swim in the pool. After the kids were in bed, the adults enjoyed the hot tub. It was a great way for us to visit with our 94 yr old Mom.

We informed the owners that we would be having our daughter’s wedding in West Palm and needed a venue close by. We assumed that they would realize that we might have people coming and going for different bridal activities. We should’ve been told before we contracted with them that no one else will be allowed to come to the house at ALL throughout our stay. This was our daughter‘s wedding, we had a lot of out-of-state people coming to the wedding. We were not allowed to have anyone come over and say hi, drop off a card, or stay and visit. They immediately contacted us and I had to ask my family to leave the house. They were able to go to my sister’s smaller Verbo rental and were welcome there. We had to pay a lot of extra money to have the bridal party come to the house on the day of the wedding so they could be with my daughter and go with us to the venue. We were very respectful of the house and did not bother the neighbors at all. I do not recommend this rental for anyone who has any guests that visit.

My family and I traveled to West Palm Beach last weekend to scatter my dad's ashes in the Gulf Stream. As a group of 13, ranging in age from 17 to 84, I was looking for a property that would allow for large gatherings, while also providing comfortable accommodations for each individual.When I saw the listing I thought it looked perfect, but remained skeptical right up to the point that we walked through the door. All I can say is that entering this house in real life far exceeded even my wildest expectations!A few highlights: every bedroom was perfectly clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and linens... shared indoor spaces were huge, allowing for large group gatherings and dinners (we were even able to set a full formal dining table for all of us!)... the kitchen and pantry were well stocked with anything we needed to cook and serve large dinners, including many kitchen staples... the outdoor spaces were unbelievable, between the pool and the hot tub, a nice table under a new gazebo, chaise lounges, and a great dock with kayaks and fishing poles, there was something for everyone! We opted to pay extra to heat the pool, and would have rented the boat if it was available!Our trip revolved around a charter boat excursion that was about 15 minutes south of the house, so the location was perfect for us, about midway between the airport/downtown area and our charter in Hypoluxo. Beyond that, despite plenty of other options, nobody ever really wanted to leave the house!

The communication with Alex was the best I’ve ever had at a rental. He was kind and understanding and also quick to respond. We had lights go out in one of the bedrooms and he had someone come and fix it within a few hours.The house is beautiful and spacious with lots of kitchen needs already there.The only two notes I have is check-in isn’t until 5 PM which is incredibly late in my opinion, especially when you consider that you’re paying for the day. Also, the pool was great, but it would’ve been nice to have someone come mid week to clean it as there were often lots of debris and dead animals in it when we would wake up. Not the owner‘s fault just a note.All-in-all, We would highly recommend this house

We gathered 3 generations to come together to celebrate my Mom's 90th Birthday. There were 13 of us and this made so much more sense than everyone getting their own hotel. The house was as shown in pics and very clean. We stayed 4 nights, and one day we did a group outing for pinball, and another for Painting with a twist. At the house we loved the heated pool and especially the hot-tub and used it every day or evening. Views were great and it was wonderful being on the water. The young men used the kayaks and fished off the dock or kayaks. We grilled hotdogs and burgers on the grill one night and ate outside many times. There was sufficient outdoor seating and shade. Unfortunately we were informed that the pontoon boat couldn't get to the house due to construction on one of the bridges - would have loved to have that available. The movie room surprisingly was only used sparingly, but I thought it was awesome and wish I had had more time to check out some additional movies. The hosts were highly responsive and quick to respond on the portal. Potential gusts should be aware that one of the upper level bedrooms does not have its own bathroom - our guests were able to work around this without too much problem - but sharing is required. Overall a fantastic house and a wonderful experience for the family. Happy 90th birthday Mom!!

We really enjoyed our stay, we had ample room for all of our guests. The home was fully furnished with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The patio area is awesome and we wish the sun had shined more as it is the perfect place to hang out! While the majority of our events were in Palm Beach the location was not too far out of the way for the amount of space it offers.

This amazing house and host never disappoint! We have just booked for a 6th stay. Each year my large family looks forward to quality time together at this wonderful house. There are incredibly comfortable beds for everyone, spacious, luxurious bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and amazing pool and hot tub. The location is close to everything in WPB. Do not hesitate to book - Alex is an amazing host and is beyond accommodating! Thank you for another fantastic stay.

Great house, great space, great host! Everything our group needed.Well stocked! We paid for pool and hot tub heating and used it every night. This house and host really was the best place for us! We had an amazing wedding weekend and stayed for four nights! Epic view.

Alex was in constant communication if we needed anything during our stay! It was the perfect home for our family Thanksgiving vacation. We would stay again. Very accommodating at all turns!
