Luxury Water Front Home: Private Pool, Boat Dock & Outdoor Decks, Mins to Port A

Lovely property! The house is clean and well appointed. The property management team communicated exceptionally well. We had a wonderful stay!

This was honestly a great home. The guys loved fishing off the dock and we enjoyed the pool. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, and parking was good.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything is as described and the pool was bigger than expected. Communication was easy and we had no issues during our trip. Location was convenient for beach access and getting off the island if needed. Our group love the layout as we could easily cook and chat and watch our sports game throughout the weekend. This place is such a treat!

Nice location, it was close to some good restaurants in close proximity and it’s such an easy drive to the airport and Port Aransas. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. The house has a good amount of supplies when we were there. The hosts were great at quick response. On arrival we immediately had to call the host since the incorrect access code was given to us -causing a brief moment of anxiety trying to get in. With only a little delay we got inside. 2 items to remark about though were the pool and mattress comfort: 1st item….Staying there during the 1st week of February we understood that the weather can really vary and it’s not typical swimming weather but when we had a day or 2 where we wanted to hang out by the pool and maybe take a quick dip we couldn’t. The pool wasn’t heated and the water was ice cold. Did we ask if it was heated before booking? No. But since the pool was the feature in the ‘hero’ shot used to advertise the place we made an assumption that it would have been a heated pool. The 2nd item to remark about would be that the other guests struggled with being able to sleep because the Queen mattress was too firm. Like really too firm. A thicker mattress pad would have helped. The King mattress was also firm but easier to get used to for us. I hope these comments help everyone. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

The Host was very informative and helpful. The place was amazing. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. It was located near everything. Great Burger Joint and Putt Putt just down the road. Multiple beach access roads just down the Road on S. Padre Dr. Just over the bridge about 25 min. away was the USS Lexington and the State Aquarium. The pool and the pier was definitely a plus. Beautiful sunsets.

Always an amazing place to relax, fish and take in all the beauty that the island has to offer. Perfect get away for any occasion. We can't wait to visit again!

This was a beautiful condo in a great location. The hosts were so easy and great to communicate with. We had a family of six and everyone had a wonderful time! We would highly recommend this place. We use VRBO for most vacations and this place is a top spot for location, amenities and beautiful space.

Cassandra and Antonio have a great condo! It was able to hold 10 of us without any trouble with space! Had pretty much everything to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner! It’s near beaches accesses, corner stores, liquor store, and only 10-15 min drive to Walmart or HEB! We would definitely book again!

This place was the perfect size for our family. It's a beautiful home with plenty of everything you need. Especially nice is having little extras that we can use like spices, fishing poles, kids boogie boards, towels and pool toys. Communication with the owners was excellent--they were very responsive to a question I had--and check in was super easy.

This home is beautiful and has a great backyard. It has everything you need for a relaxing time. Location is great. Close to shopping centers and the beach.

We enjoyed everything about this property and our stay. We have relatives that love in town and the place was large and comfortable enough to have them over for visiting.

House is as described. Instructions to check in/out and for the property are clear and easy to follow. Communication is outstanding, as soon as I contacted owners, I got a reply and a phone call. House is clean and enjoyable. We enjoyed the outdoor private pool and the dock for fishing.Will consider come back for a future trip.

Best vacation we’ve had. Daughters swam while my son fished most of the time from the dock. Caught a lot of fish and crabs on property and surrounding locations. Excellent location in N. Padre. Very comfortable beds and home in all aspects. Great A/C to keep cool. Very responsive host. Will hopefully be back someday.

Enjoyed our 5 nite stay at this condo. The pool and easy canal access were perfect. Host was super responsive. Neighbors were warm and welcoming.

Super location and the unit is just as pictured. I liked that it was much quieter than other parts of the island during spring break and you can watch the birds in the morning over the water. There’s plenty of space to spread out for a family of 4. Great host with open communication to help with any questions.

The internet came in and out on the tv in the living room every day

It is a great location. We didn't have the best weather but we still enjoyed our trip. There are games to play and lots of space in the house. The pool and dock are perfect and enjoyed watching our favorite sports on the 3rd level deck. Very clean and the owners were very responsive when we had a question.

We were in Corpus Christi to attend the winging ceremony for our son and the Dockside and its hosts were AMAZING. We couldn't be happier with the property and communication with our hosts!
