The house has 6 spacious bedrooms, for a maximum of 13 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 14 people, a large living room, which invites you in winter to read a good book, a corner for anyone who wants to watching TV and above all you have a wonderful view from where you can enjoy amazing sunsets and a superb view over the city of Lisbon.
The house is located just 6km from the fishing village of Sesimbra, with its famous beaches and great restaurants, with a large marina where you can see the arrival of the famous fishing trawlers, coming from another day at sea, which give a spectacular colorful to the village
It is also located just a few km's from the Arrábida mountains and just 17 km from Setúbal, a city surrounded by beaches and restaurants famous for their gastronomy. , where you can catch the over craft, and enjoy a day at the fabulous beaches of Tróia
About 10km from the house you can be dazzled by the spectacular view from the top of the famous Cabo Espichel, where you can also admire its little chapel, so dear to the fishermen of the area.
