Welcome to Villa on the Bluff. This beautiful contemporary villa has been designed for your comfort and viewing pleasure with architecture that intentionally focuses on the sweeping ocean view and the Italian mid-century interior which offers a deliciously enjoyable retreat. Step outside into a garden paradise enjoying the sounds of the frogs in the koi pond while sipping hot cocoa by the fire pit. Slip into our heated deep pool for endless fun with the family.

The Space:
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer 3 dedicated entertainment spaces.

On the second floor you can enjoy the entire ocean horizon from our second floor deck and for all music lovers, imagine playing a Yamaha grand piano while watching the sunset. On this floor you will also find a chef's kitchen and the luxurious master bedroom with complete privacy and amazing views. If you get lucky, you may even spot a pod of whales!

The first floor also offers a full sized deck and two bedrooms that enjoy views of the grounds and ocean. The fun begins here with a full sized bar area equipped with refrigeration and a dishwasher. Movie nights are the best with a 70 TV and a plush sofa that easily seats all guests.

On the ground floor, play air hockey in the game room and relax in the full seating area that takes you straight to the garden and pool. There, you can enjoy a game of croquet or bocce ball and take a dip in the pool before enjoying a glass of wine under the shady trees and serenity of the pond.

We of course did not forget guests that may need to work from home or even our littlest guests. The bonus loft provides ample work space with ultra fast wifi throughout the house. An assortment of games, arts and crafts and legos are available to keep the little ones happy and busy.

Guest access:
Guests have full access of the property and grounds. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate parties or events. Please note that the pool and pond are open Memorial Day-September.
