Huge, clean, beautiful house, equipped with everything you can imagine (including an epic collection of books and games). The view from the windows is stunning, and the location is perfect. We loved it and would stay again.A few things to note:(1) We weren't given clear instructions on how to check in. There are three houses on the property, and we weren't told which one was the one we rented. Also, we were given the code to enter the house, but no instructions on how to enter the code--we had to call the local property manager for help. (You have to hit the house button on the pin pad before entering the code.) The property manager was very responsive and helpful.(2) The house is temperature controlled via forced air, which was quite loud (we stayed in the winter on some particularly cold days), and also created very dry conditions in the house--we all had cracked skin by the end of our stay.(3) The kids room (with two bunk beds) is downstairs, while the adult rooms are upstairs. For older kids this is great, but if you have a toddler, this could be a little dangerous--if they decide to come find you in the middle of the night, they'll have to ascend a fairly steep staircase in the dark to get to your bedroom.(4) The kitchen is downstairs, and there's a dining area next to it but no windows in that room so it's a bit depressing. We dined upstairs--beautiful, but meant we schlepped meals upstairs.Despite these, it's a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!

We loved this beautifully appointed home. The two king bed master suites with full baths were especially nice for two couples. There is a bunk room downstairs with 2 bunk beds. The living room is lovely with a wood burning fireplace and plenty of wood on the side of the house. The highlight for us was watching the leaves change before our eyes on the patio at sunset every night. Great stay!

Vast space, great setup for two families with a very functional and well-equipped though windowless kitchen. Julia was very responsive and discreet.

I stayed here with my husband, two year old, and my parents to attend a wedding in Williamstown. It was the perfect quiet beautiful place to recharge! The two primary bedrooms are on the same floor as the front door, and the room with bunk beds is on the lower level, as is the kitchen. It was nice that the kids room got so dark for sleeping.

Oh the weather outside was frightful, but inside the house was delightful. Our mini winter getaway was extra cold and windy, but we still loved it thanks to this beautiful and well equipped house.

The property was beautiful and clean. There was a detailed book with information about the house. Information about check-in was clear and easy to follow. I had to get in touch with the guest contact once about a question, and she responded very quickly. For those who like to cook, the kitchen appliances were top of the line. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

We could not have been happier! The setting is breath taking! We rode bikes all over the area & the location was perfect! We found some of our best pictures right on the property! We enjoyed all aspects of the place from fruit trees, pickleball and the firepit! The place made our trip!!

Everything about this property was just great. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Williamstown is a quaint College town and this home is just minutes from lots of restaurants and activities. This would be high on our list of places to return to.

We got three generations of family together to celebrate an 80th birthday for the weekend. This facility had everything we wanted, gorgeous views, in a great location, and a bonus extra - a full house back-up generator. The remnants of a hurricane came through on our first day of our stay and it was great having power in the house while mother nature had other ideas.
