Stayed Mar 28, 2026The house was in a fun gated community, everything you needed in the kitchen, I do recommend bringing more bath towels. Also I would’ve liked a tv in the downstairs master suite.

Stayed Mar 7, 2026There were a lot of college break kids at the pool so we didnt use it.The house is very cloae to numerous restaurants and shopping and activities. Lots of streets to walk on. Shuttle to beach. The litchen was well stocked.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Throughly enjoyed our week at the Paraiso House! Close to the beach, great restaurants nearby, large lagoon pool all icing on the cake. House was perfect for our size family. Kids loved the bunk beds, teens loved their private rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook food and even came with beach toys and boogie boards to use at the beach. Definitely recommend and would love to come back next year.

Stayed May 12, 2025Room for all 9 of us. Enjoyed our time however we did experience a group of rowdy neighbors the last couple of nights. Property pool was perfect for our toddlers with zero entry. A short distance to the beach and many things to do near the home.

Stayed May 7, 2025Good location in a gated community - felt safe. Fun for a bachlorette party or taking the family for a getaway. Plenty to do and see in the area. Bars are on the complete other side of the Destin strip - so a good 10 - 30 minutes away depending on traffic. Very close to Whole Foods and Publix. You will need to bring your own pool towels, extra paper towels and toilet paper - limited supply there. Call Nick at Elite Transportation 850-706-5758 for shuttle/Uber service in the area. He was very accommodating and trustworthy.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025Everything about the property was perfect for spring break with 17 year old girls. They were close to the beach and other friends in town, but had the safety of a heated pool in a gated community. Host was amazing and accommodating with every question and request. Trolley to the beach was available upon calling but the walk to the beach was quick and easy

Stayed Oct 12, 2024Absolutely amazing! Everyone was comfortable. It was nice to be able to do our laundry so we didn't have to pack heavy, close to the beach, we were able to grill, It took about 12 minutes to walk to the beach. The pool on property was absolutely beautiful! Is smoke alarm was chirping when we got there. We let the owner know and maintenance was out there within the next 24 hours to fix it. The ice cream truck made its rounds every evening through the community. At home we live in the middle of nowhere so the kids thought that was fascinating! We absolutely would stay here again!
