Being right on the water and watching the clammers and crabbers was very entertaining. We highly recommend this house. The property description is spot on with great access to the crabs and to town. When you walk through the door for the first time you know you are in for something special . And when we came back this year , it felt the same way .... Your home away from home . Clean, neat , ready for family . Sarah , the property managers is tops . 100% access but never really needed because the property and instructions are impeccable. Very excited to be coming back next year for two weeks . Our adult kids and 10 grandchildren just loved the long summer days and nice fires at night , of course with smores . Crabbing , fishing , kayaking , kite flying , and afternoon snoozes enjoyed by all .

The view is absolutely stunning and the house was spotless upon arrival. Lots of parking and the deck and backyard were the best part of our vacation!! Bonfires in the backyard and on the beach were magical! Just steps away to a beautiful large beach with lots of spots to have a bonfire all ready to go!! Lucky for us! Coffee every morning on the deck after our beach walks was so fun!!! Could not think of anything the home did not have!! We did need to buy a new grill for the bbq, as it was quite rusty, but happy to donate it to such a magical place!! We fell in love with the Netarts area!!And property managers were always just a quick call away, if we had questions!! Thanks again for an amazing stay!! We will be back!!

Everything about staying at this house was seamless and well thought out. From check-in to check-out, you can tell the owners made sure the house was in great condition and well stocked. The house layout is perfect for groups to spend time together or walk right on to the beach. We will be back!

Great location, very nice home

We brought our children for spring break and the pictures don’t do it justice for how breathtaking the view is! The host is absolutely amazing and very responsive, which was a plus. The house was clean with extra linens and even though the town is small the mini mart is a very short drive for necessities. No one wanted to leave and we can’t wait to plan our next trip to return.

Perfect for our family reunion. Easy access to the beach, beautiful views of the bay and Pacific Ocean. 14 minutes to Tillamook, and quick drive to Oceanside. Would happily stay here again.

The Reunion was perfect for our older generations, with 3 in their 90's, because it is all on one level and has a beautiful beach front view. It was perfect for all of us to gather and play games and eat our meals. We had a Fabulous time and would highly recommend it to others.

Stayed several times never disappoints. One suggestion would be gas BBQ’s. Marked cleanliness as Ok because the last several years have noticed the bath and hand towels smell sour may need to buy new ones

The house is well-appointed, clean and comfy. The management company is very responsive. There’s plenty of room for kids to play in the yard and easy beach access. The fire pit was a delight for those cool evenings.

So many activities in the area but we all enjoy hanging out together near the beach, playing games and having a camp fire. The homes are always set up perfectly with all you could need. Sarah is always so helpfully with any situation that may arise.
