Luxury Two-Level Townhouse | Patio | Lincoln Park

What a great space. We had 8-18 to 21 year olds with us and it was wonderful. Lots of room to spread out, which was great since we had some that wanted quiet and some that wanted to hang out and watch tv, etc. Really well thought out on the necessities: plenty of towels, extra blankets, well stocked bathrooms with large containers or shampoo/conditioners and bath wash, and makeup mirrors in the two master suites! The kitchen had multiple small appliances, pans and utensils. We had breakfast there daily and had everything we needed for prepping it all. Location is perfect with a coffee/bagel shop just down the street, multiple sitdown restaurants to choose from and some fun nightlife/bar spots. And of course fast food too. Owners were very responsive if we had questions. The battery alarm in the smoke detector started going off and it was fixed same day. Because it was January we didn’t get to use the outdoor patio space but it looks like it would be a blast to use. I’ve favored this property and will keep it in mind for sure if/when we are back in Chicago.

Nathan and Jake are great hosts and their property is excellent. Very clean, well decorated and plenty of room.

Great place to stay, in a wonderful location! We were walking distance from all the great places and if we needed to we were a 5 min walk from the train! The place was clean and the kids loved the outdoor patio

We had a family reunion, 2 grandparents, 4 parents and 4 children (10 to 16). There was plenty of room for all. Back deck was a real bonus. Everything was easy, clean and most enjoyable. A perfect hub for seeing Chicago. Thank. you Nathan and Jake.

My extended family of 7, including three children under 5 yrs old, staying here over 4th of July weekend. Amazing place, close to Lincoln Park, shops, restaurants, Wrigley Field. Clean, with an awesome deck and kitchen space. Would highly recommend!

This home was everything we needed for a group of 15. It had great availability of bathrooms and bedrooms, all with very comfortable beds. The back deck and living room were fabulous hangout spots and the decor was chic and beautiful. It was also a great location in Lincoln park and was very quiet inside. The cleaning staff was running a little late when we checked in but I called the owner and they were quick to resolve the issue and let us in. I think the description said one of the bunk beds was a full over a twin but it was just a twin over twin. I’d absolutely stay here again or at another of their properties.

Great property for larger group. Updated fixtures throughout. Quality appliances with well stocked kitchen. Open floor plan on main level that walks out to a very nice private deck. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern and clean. The location is perfect as Lincoln Park has so many great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The owners reached out the second day to make sure we had everything we needed or had any questions. Highly recommend this rental. Hope to stay here again on our next visit to our favorite city!

We stayed at this property while celebrating a family get-together for our 50th wedding anniversary. Our group ranged in age from 3 1/2 to 73 and we all loved it! There was plenty of space for all of us, including a full bath and two bedrooms on the first floor. Every room was well and thoughtfully appointed, especially the kitchen. An added bonus was the deck which included patio furniture and an outdoor grill. We had a wonderful stay and would enthusiastically recommend this property to anyone. We had the best time staying here for a bachelorette party! The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated—exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable weekend. The highlight was definitely the patio—it added the perfect touch to our celebration and gave us a great space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Highly recommend this home for any kind of group getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My girls and I had such a fantastic stay in this perfect little Lincoln park oasis. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms and everything was top notch and very cleanly. I had an issue with the key upon arrival but the owner immediately was available to help me out. I can’t recommend this stay enough! Thank you, we’ll be back!

Had a wonderful weekend with 11 girls! The interior was so nice, great decor/furniture..etc. Huge patio, was great for photos. Close to everything and easy to get Ubers. Would highly recommend it!

Came into town to celebrate my sons 21st. First time in Lincoln Park. Loved every second. Great communication. First class stay. Will be back for sure.
