We are located in Fiesta Key, A gated community in Kissimmee Florida just 15 minutes from Disney Orlando. Our house is equipped with everything you would need to cook your family any meals. Larger living room space. Outdoor swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court and gym. There is also a small backyard for lounging or dining. Washer and dryer and two car parking available. Walmart, restaurants bars etc 7 minutes away

Stayed Mar 22, 2026The house was exactly as pictured, and the host was very responsive and quick to address any issues we encountered, which we appreciated.This property would be a good option for a short stay of a few days, but it’s not ideal for longer visits. The kitchen was quite under-equipped—there were limited place settings and cutlery, no baking sheets or tea towels. The coffee maker was also very small, only brewing about two cups at a time.We also found there were no basic cleaning tools like a broom or dustpan. While the appliances are brand new, the furniture feels inexpensive and not particularly comfortable or inviting.The beds themselves were comfortable, but the pillows were extremely thin, so I would recommend bringing your own. The thermostat is locked on a preset schedule, which made the upstairs uncomfortably warm at night—we ended up purchasing a fan just to circulate the air.Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the back sitting area due to a significant presence of biting midges.Lastly, we were uncomfortable discovering an outward-facing camera positioned at the kitchen window that appeared to have audio capability, as this was not clearly disclosed and raised privacy concerns.Overall, a decent stay for a short trip, but some improvements would be needed for a more comfortable extended stay.

Stayed Mar 29, 2024Weekend girls trip… we loved how super clean the property was and convenient location. Took advantage of the pool and enjoyed that very much. Only suggestion would be to tidy up patio area - wasn’t cleaned up and deterred us from sitting outside. Great place overall- would definitely stay again!

Stayed Feb 24, 2024Beautiful home. The kitchen could use more stock. A/C was pre programmed with a code which was not given to us. It was very cold on the main floor and the A/C didn’t circulate upstairs. The heated pool was closed since January 29th for repairs and we were not told upon our booking. There was a second pool which was not heated therefore the water was very cold, so there was no swimming for us during our holiday. Very disappointed!
