Stayed Jul 1, 2025Everything was good. There are 3 senior citizens in our group of 5. The stairs were a challenge but it turned out well.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Firstly i would like to say the property manger was great. Great communicator and was prompt with responses. However, this property is no where near ready or in an area that anyone should stay. Various cleanliness issues, structural issues and the location may me and party leave it immediately. With a lot of work it could be nicer but as of today, I would not recommend this listing. I have recieved a partial refund to this point.

Stayed Feb 8, 2025Overall the house was nice and clean and just like the listing. Check in process was smooth and I have no complaints. The host was very helpful and answered any concerns I had quickly.

Stayed Nov 9, 2024The Host quick respond, location are not a good fit for family who has children, hard to find parking on the street. Bathroom were dirty, we found a coffee bag with mold, dusty everywhere ( our children got skin rashes from all the dust), including bedroom area and specially playpen where I put my baby. Alots homeless at night time, kind scared my children.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024The cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired. At one point the light cut out in one of the rooms, but Michael did explain to us why that happened and give us a way to fix the issue. The neighborhood surrounding the property is not one I would recommend to people who are traveling alone, but the property does have a security door and an automatic lock on the main door. Outside of the negatives, Michael was a very attentive host and answered all communication quickly. In sum, the price was relatively low when split between a large group, and you get what you pay for.
