Luxury townhome in award-winning Montebello complex.

The place and location of the property is great. But it was the small things. The code for the house did not work so we had to get a new one to enter. The property manager responded quickly so it wasn't really an issue. The key pad for the garage good does not work (not the door in the garage). The floors and misc. areas around the house could've been cleaner. There weren't any hot tub towels so some of us had to use it as a bath towel as well which I think is odd. We had to wash towels every day. There was barely enough laundry detergent for our stay. There were no paper towels so we bought a roll. The batteries for the TV remote were nearly dead so it hardly worked.

The property was fine except the carpets were badly stained & need to be replaced.

Perfect place for a family of 5 or 6. Everything was immaculate and accurately reflected in the amenities. The mountain was stunning, it’s is only 10 minute walk to Whistler village. Matthew Waller answered every question we had instantly and professionally.

I’m sure that it must be really difficult to maintain a high volume property like this. The location was great. The property is just a bit shopworn.

This place is in a quaint area just north of the village (5 min walk). The place is spaced out nicely w two bedrooms down and master bedroom w ensuite up beside the living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. There are a few things that have wear and tear/broken but we brought it to the attention of the host so hopefully they’ll fix them for future guests, including the upgrading the mattresses. Otherwise the size and location suited us well and a great stay overall.

Great place great location.

My husband and I were in Whistler for the Grandfondo. Perfect location to walk into the village or have access to the bike trail. Love the garage and especially the air conditioner

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was in a great location and had good amenities. We could walk / bike to everything in Whistler.
