Luxury Town Home+Hot Tub! Mountain View, River/Lake front, close to Ski Resorts

Host was great and easy to contact. House was perfect for our group. It had everything we needed. Location could not be better. i would not hesitate to recommend this house.

The house was amazing and had everything we needed. We loved the Blue River trail right in the backyard and even got to see a deer up close. The views were amazing and it was a great location just minutes to everything. The host was great and we were very happy with the communication. Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful weekend. The townhome was in the perfect location -quiet and peaceful yet close to town. The views are incredible. We saw 8 moose right outside the back door. The townhome was spotless and had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. We will definitely outlet be back.

Hot tub was well maintained. Host responsive. Some wear on the home and appliances but overall a good stay and nice neighborhood.

The location was ideal. Between the park outside the back door to the trail by the river, there was so much to do in the immediate area without having to load kids up in the car. Silverthorne was uniquely located near several ski areas and quaint shopping. And right in Silverthorne was the Ice Castle, Rainbow Park and the indoor playscape that the kids really enjoyed. We hope to make it an annual trip and would definitely stay in the same place.

Everything was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for our weekend trip! The host was very responsive and very helpful. All we needed was carefully explained in the welcome book in the house. The hot tub was great we needed to add more water but it didn’t take long.

Trey was quick to reach out & welcome us to his place. The townhome was just what we needed for a ski weekend! We were able to ski Breckenridge & Vail since they both were a quick trip from the townhome. The hot tub was clean! The place was well stocked & also clean. Trey was super responsive all weekend!

From the jump, this was a great experience! The host was in constant communication with me. We had zero surprises. The unit was clean and very welcoming with very clear notations about all of the amenities and how to use them. We really loved the quiet of the location and the spectacular views! This is, by far, the best mountain rental that we have visited. All of us enjoyed the stay and wished that it could have been longer.

We loved our fall stay. The colors, the Mountain View, the hot tub all made for a relaxing stay. We also saw deer and moose out back. We were very close to many trails to hike. The owner was very responsive to questions.

It was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. Everything worked as advertised and things were very simple to access.

One of the best VRBO properties I have stayed. It was well stocked with anything one could need. The location not only was convenient but very beautiful. The entire home was very clean and the beds were like a comfortable cloud of softness! This may sound silly but having facial tissues all around the house was the cherry on top! I would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderfully relaxing time in this town home. We walked along the path outside our dining room window everyday which was so inviting with its babbling brook and beautiful flowers. The town home was perfect. It was very clean, fully stocked (including enough paper products and soaps for our entire trip), and beautifully furnished. We had a couple of questions the first day and Trey responded immediately with what we needed to know. This was one of the nicest units we've stayed in over the years and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This property is a dream for kids who can explore the stream and pond out front and back doors! It was clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate! Our family looks forward to coming back next year!!

We enjoyed our stay at the well located and spacious town home. The home was clean, comfortable and very well stocked.

We were disappointed in the lack of ac upstairs. Also the paper products were very low quality.

Great place to stay especially if waterfront accessibility is important. Private lake and trail along the Blue River close. We even had Moose in the back yard which was awesome. There is a bathroom for every bedroom which is great for bigger groups. We had everything we needed to cook but there are also great restaurants close. Definitely a recommend!!

The view was spectacular! The unit was very clean with everything you would expect & more. Our 2 teenage girls liked having their own bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub & master bathtub. Location was perfect next to a walking path along a stream. Silverthorne is a lovely town with everything you could want. One thing I would suggest is to mention the portable air conditioning unit that is in the upstairs closet in the welcome book. The showers take a couple minutes for the water temperature to regulate but once it does you are good to go. We would definitely come back!!!

Excellent location! Loved having bathrooms in all of the bedrooms. The hot tub was a lovely addition.

What a wonderful, wonderful stay. We brought my wife's uncle down from the mountains to stay with us for a few days & had a great time. This was a great location, close to the town & country side. The river behind made for a great walk.
