Luxury spectacular beach house with stunning views!

Susan was a very good communicator and very responsive to my messages. The home was well appointed with most all things you need to enjoy your stay. The home is a 2 bedroom and each have their own private bathroom. The back porch over looking the pool and the ocean is where you will spend a lot of time. Perfect to get out of the sun or to watch the amazing sunsets in the evening. You are about a mile from the public beach....which is far enough to where you enjoy the feel of a private beach. It's only a mile from the bridge over to the mainland and you are 10-15 minutes away from a Publix and Walmart but you would never know it. There is a nice grill on the back porch that we enjoyed cooking some dinners on. The only negative of our stay were the beds. Both rooms have very stiff mattresses. That is a plus for some and minus for others. Just know that going into your stay. Beyond that, you will thoroughly enjoy the home and the area. If you are looking to relax and unwind for a few days, this is a great spot to do that in.

Property exactly as pictured and described. Gorgeous views and steps to the beautiful Gulf beach. Found over a hundred fossilized shark teeth. The pool was an added BONUS. Susan was an amazing host!!!!!!!!

Some days you looked out and felt like you were on a private island! Saw dolphins from the pool area. It was relaxing and peaceful. Would definitely go back. Susan, our host, was always available to answer questions. Met two of the people of her property management team, very nice!

This is our favorite place to stay! The view is spectacular and the best part is the covered porch. The furniture is very comfortable and you can still see and hear the ocean from here. There are beach chairs and umbrellas available for use.

The house, pool and the gulf view were awesome. Everything about our stay was perfect. The downtown area was very busy for spring break, but the house location was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend this rental.

Even though the weather was quite uncomfortable, the place made up for it.Everything in the house was available, down to the cork screw.The view was amazing, and the beach was calling for multiple daily walks, bundled up.I had a relaxing 5 days, thank you Susan

We loved our stay at the beach house! It was the perfect place to be and cannot wait until we can return. Great beach to walk on and the shelling was good. Found lots of shark teeth! The house has everything that you need and is close to restaurants.

We love our vacations here on Manasota Key. This is our third visit to this property, and it never fails to impress. The most perfect house on the gulf we have ever experienced!!! Our host was beyond kind and attentive. The house was clean and fully stocked more than we even expected. Nothing beats having your own pool and only steps from the beach. My family loved this place and we absolutely will be back.

This was truly one of the best vacations I’ve ever been on. The house and location couldn’t have been any better! We spent all day enjoying the pool and/or beach and the quietness and relaxation that the private beach offered. The sunsets over the gulf are breathtaking. Plenty to do in the close proximity. Not a care in the world at this place! Susan is by far the best hostess we have ever had for a vacation rental. She made sure we had everything we needed and more. We will be back!!

We had an incredible stay at this house! Susan was a fantastic host, and communication was effortless—she was always responsive and helpful. This was our second stay at this FANTASTIC Beach House! We truly love the outdoor space and privacy that comes with it. The home was very clean, and they thought of every home essential you could need. The location is unbeatable and the pool overlooking the Gulf with those amazing sunsets was breathtaking. It truly was a dream vacation and we can’t thank Susan and her team enough for making this once again a perfect vacation. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.

Usually when a booking looks almost too good to be true, there are issues. Not so with this gem! The house was gorgeous, the furnishings so comfy, the location spectacular and private, and the hostess the best I have ever dealt with when booking rentals.
