The Space:

Welcome to our luxurious townhouse in the Snowbridge community! This newly constructed and spacious townhome comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms.



The open-concept main living area is designed for both entertaining and relaxation, providing an ideal space for gathering with loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, a 12-cup coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. You'll find an abundance of dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans, and cooking utensils, along with essential cooking oil, spices, salt, and pepper. Everything you need to prepare delicious meals is at your fingertips, while a large dining table and bar area inviting you to enjoy meals together. For your entertainment, the townhouse features two 55” Smart TVs—one in the living area and another in the basement family room both are equipped with Netflix and Roger’s Ignite TV. Sonos speakers are conveniently located in the living room and master bedroom, perfect for streaming your favourite radio stations, podcasts, and music services like Spotify.



Our luxurious master suite, situated on the upper floor, boasts a king-sized bed and an elegant private bathroom complete with a stand-up shower and a relaxing soaker tub. The second bedroom on this level offers a cozy queen bed and is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. On the main floor, you'll find an ideal bedroom for children or additional guests, featuring a queen-over-queen bunk bed that adds a touch of fun to their stay.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.



There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Historic Snowbridge community surrounded by walking trails, the Monterra Golf Course, stunning homes and views of Blue Mountain. There is an Outdoor Seasonal Pool to use in the summer which is within a 2 minute walk from the condo.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for this location. There is a designated driveway for your car and a visitor parking lot for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis.



The Village at Blue Mountain is a 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the property. Within a 10-15 minute drive to surrounding Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury.



Other Things to Note:

Exterior Cameras located on the front of the home.



The seasonal outdoor pool is public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.
