this house was super clean upon arrival each room was just as beautiful as the last. Parking in the back was big enough for 4 cars and kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed

My family had a amazing stay at Dan's Ocean City home. The house was clean, well equipped, very spacious and the location is ideal. My pups loved the front porch during the day and the bedroom balcony at night - our pups happiness during vacation is very important to us. We also enjoyed the front porch daily to have our coffee, read a book or just sit there to chat and relax. The first floor master bedroom was perfect for my elderly mother in law and she loved having her own space. There was a sitting room on the second floor that I utilized often to just read my book, relax or watch TV. I loved that there is enough space throughout the whole house(including the bedrooms) so everyone did not feel like that were on top of each other when we were all in the house. It was nice to have our own driveway, but also never had an issue with street parking. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, cooking supplies, spices, etc. for our daily cooking needs. There was so much within walking distance; the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and shopping. Another plus is that the house is well equipped with beach essentials. It was really nice to not have to pack all our own stuff. Dan is a great host and was very responsive from the beginning of the booking till the time we checked out. Will def be booking with Dan again :)

The house was perfect for our large extended family. Thr garage was filled with bikes, sand toys, and beach chairs! The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed and then some! It was great to have parking by the garage so we didn’t have to fight for street parking on a gloriously beautiful weekend.

We could not have asked for a better experience for our weekend getaway. Dan was an amazing host - immediately responsive to needs and questions. The house was clean and beautiful. We would love to rent this property again in the future.

Dan's house is so great! He greeted us at check in and was available if we had any questions. Our family had plenty of space to spread out and the kids loved having the 3rd floor to themselves. With so many bathrooms, no one ever had to wait in line to shower or get ready. It really is an awesome house on a beautiful block and I'm sure we'll stay here again in the future!! My expectations were exceeded for sure :-)

This was the perfect house for us! It was so well stocked with things to make our stay easier. Our host was in touch and available for questions right away. It was very cold outside and he also gave suggestions for fun things to do. We can't wait to come back!

Dan was an exceptional host. He met us at the house the first day to welcome us and give the lay of the land. He also provided recommendations for restaurants and made himself available throughout the week to support any needs. The house was beautiful and in a perfect location to either access the boardwalk or Asbury Ave, and was just a short walk to a great coffee shop.

Dan was very responsive in communication, friendly and easy to work with.This 3 level home was spacious and very clean. A linen package is offered, which we will definitely do next time! (Why pack sheets and make beds?) We were able to park 4 cars behind the house off street. A ramp from the back driveway leads up to the kitchen door with 1st floor MBR on the right immediately upon entering the house, well equipped kitchen, dining, and living area also on 1st floor and outside porch seating in front of house. Many bikes and beach equipment available in the garage as well as an extra refrigerator. Another HUGH MBR is located on the second floor with spa-like bathroom, twin bed, and balcony. A queen bedroom, full hallway bathroom,and 2nd living room with balcony and sofa bed also on second floor which we utilized as an extra bedroom. Two bedrooms (6 twins and 2 full beds) are on 3rd floor with shared full bathroomIt rained heavy on our last two days but we were relieved to know that this street did not flood like some streets on the bay side, so our cars were high and safe.

Very nice house, and everything was in basically perfect condition. Had a great time, no complaints!

House is great, very well stocked including beach chairs, boogie boards, beach wagon, bikes, extra fridge. Bunk room one of the full beds is just a futon mattress (bleh), but all in all, no one complained about their beds :). Bunk room needs a dresser (put it in the huge closet). Great location, walking distance to beach with a cart for all the stuff, even the little kids made it. Owner is INTENSE. Insisted on meeting us at check-in, overwhelmed parents with two toddlers coming off a two hour drive with details they didn't retain. All the TVs were on when we arrived (sensory overload). Absolutely FLIPPED OUT when we failed to properly reset an HDMI cable on upstairs TV.

We spent a week at this property. It was perfect for our group. The handicap accessible main floor master was perfect for my husband. The rest of our group used the second floor. The kids loved having their own space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There were plenty of extras too. Bicycles, beach toys, propane grill, and enough beach tags for everyone. Our host, Dan, met us at check-in and showed us everything the house had to offer. We had a problem with the TV and he was quick to get it taken care of for us. There were more than enough bath towels and beach towels. Beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Everyone wanted to join us for Memorial Day weekend this year and this house was PERFECT! Plenty of space to be together yet still have the ability to seek out quiet space when needed. 3 porches! 2 living rooms! Short walk to Oves for the best donuts ever. Very close to the beach and boardwalk.Everything we could possibly need was in the garage, beach cart, wagon, jogging stroller, chairs umbrellas, sand toys, bikes! I brought so much we didnt even need!Dan meeting us upon arrival and walking us through the house was a nice touch. Its good to know that the owner cares about the property and guests enough to make sure theyre comfortable and know where everything is and what is available for their use.Get the linen package, I am so glad we did because bringing that many sheets and blankets would have been exhausting!If we have another large group next year I hope this property is available, loved it!

Spacious home with room for everyone to be together or have time apart. Very well equipped kitchen. Great location, only a block from the shore and boardwalk and a lovely park nearby for dog walking. We chose this property because of the handicapped accessibility for my Uncle who currently uses a wheelchair. He was able to easily maneuver in, out, and around the main floor.

House was exceptionally clean and in a safe neighborhood, had access to bikes , so close to the ocean, owner was very nice and accommodating, I highly recommend this owner and this house! House was beautiful!

We had a great long weekend with family…great location for everyone to find something to do. Great to have a bedroom on the first floor.

The place was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. Great location being a block from the beach. Clean, great amenities that accommodated our group, and the owner was friendly and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was immaculate. Everything was well furnished and clean. The house was very light and bright which was inviting for us. The directions on how to use the house was clear and the expectations laid out. Our family took advantage of the linen package offered and it made things so much easier when we got there. I would highly recommend this property and the owner is an effective communicator.

This house is AMAZING! we hosted a small retreat for our 7th & 8th grade confirmation retreat. The house was perfect for our needs. A mere block from the boardwalk. Plenty of space for hanging out with a great layout and amazing rooms. We will be booking again!

Rented the house for a golf weekend. Plenty of room for 8 adults. House is very clean, modern and has a great location that is close to the boardwalk but on a residential street. Quiet and convenient to the heart of Ocean City. Already looking forward to the next visit

The house and location are great. The house is a lot bigger that we thought, which was awesome. You can't beat the location. It's only a block from the beach and boardwalk. Dan was a great host. He gave us a tour of the house and provided a lot amenities (e.g., bikes, chairs, beach toys, barbeque) that we didn't expect.
