Stayed Jun 26, 2026I wasn’t satisfied with this stay. Before I even arrived, the host messaged me to let me know that one of the upstairs TVs had been broken by a previous guest and hadn’t been repaired yet. When I checked in, the broken TV and damaged TV stand were still sitting off to the side, which wasn’t a great first impression.The biggest issue was a strong sewer like odor throughout the house. It made the stay very uncomfortable. I notified the host right away, but no one came to inspect the issue or attempt to resolve it. We did everything we could to tolerate the smell for the duration of our stay, but it was never addressed.To make matters worse, after checkout the host tried to charge me an additional 150 cleaning fee for “heavy cleaning.” We left the home in good condition and there was nothing that would justify an extra cleaning charge.The host responds to messages quickly, but being responsive isn’t the same as being helpful. The main issues with the property were never resolved, and the attempt to add an unwarranted cleaning fee after the stay was disappointing. I would be cautious before booking this property.
