Luxury Riverside Chena River House South Suite

The house was lovely and very comfortable! Tera was very easy to communicate with!

The house has beautiful views, clean and has all necessities for our stay. The location is near shopping, markets and restaurants. We received promptly responses from Tera, clear and simple instructions for check in and check out. Tera is kind to provide us some snacks. Thank you.

We wish we could have stayed longer. Loved the view of the Chena River from the back porch. The floor downstairs was a little cold, but once we turned on the heat, all was well. After a long day's travel it was nice to have some snacks available when we arrived and as a quick hold-me-over for breakfast.

We came in 1 day early for our land/cruise tour. There were 12 of us so booking these 2 condos worked for us. Short ride from Fairbanks airport. Would definitely stay here again if we ever make a trip to Fairbanks again.

This was a great place for our family to start our Alaska adventure. The house was conveniently situated with beautiful views. The beds were super comfortable and the house was well stocked with water, coffee and snacks. Highly recommended!

House faces Chena River. Big windows and a deck make it a delightful place to hang out. Everything is spotlessly clean. The full kitchen and laundry room were amenities we enjoyed. We saw a rainbow in the sunset over the river. That was amazing!

The host was great to work with and very flexible. House was well stocked and very clean. Would definitely stay again!

The house was good, location was great. The only issue was the rooms were quite hot and the air units to keep the rooms cool did not always stay on or connected.

Our family came in on a 2:40am flight and took the short drive to Teras home. After sleeping in I was very pleased that coffee is stocked in the home along with sugar :) Plus she had candy and other snacks available too! The beds were very comfortable and the LR/Kitchen area was also a great spot to lounge and talk. We talked about coming back when we can see the Northern Lights. This is an easy and great place to stay!

Just know when it states air conditioning, that isn't for the entire unit, just the master suite--a bit confusing, and YES, it does get hot there. the lower bedrooms are cooler but the main living area can be uncomfortable, especially if you are cooking. we did not spend lots of time there, so it was tolerable, if annoying. otherwise a great spot--just communicate the details a bit better, thanks

Our family of 9 had a very nice stay at the River house. The house was very convenient to the airport, University and the city. House was very clean. We would stay here again

We had a fabulous stay. This property was very close to the airport, we were able to get grocery and restaurant delivery, and we saw the northern lights from the porch! Our tour to Denali even picked us up and dropped us off at the door. Great stay for a family of 5.

This lovely home was the perfect home base for our week in Fairbanks. It was perfectly located near the start of the 2025 Iditarod, area dogsledding, area aurora watching, and near the 2025 world ice art sculpture championships.

I brought 15 family members to Fairbanks to spend time with our brother and uncle. It was a surprise for him! This location was perfect. We were able to cook and eat meals together, play games late into the evening and enjoy the hot tub and Aurora together. Tera was geat!!

Great night's stay

We loved everything about our stay. The house was comfortable for our group of 5 The hosts went out of their way for us by providing coffee and snacks and other items. The house was spotless and well maintained and had a great view of the Chena River. We hired a tour to take us to see the northern lights and because our location was so great they picked us up right at the house. Highly recommend staying here. By the way we got a great northern lights show

We went there to hopefully see the Lights. It was great. We hit a time with a lot of activity. The home was very nice, just as advertised. Wonderful area, would absolutely stay there again.

Wonderful property on the river in Fairbanks. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Owners left treats for us at check in that were much appreciated. We loved sitting on the lanai with wine looking at the river. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
