Also on the first floor is a beautiful king bed guestroom and a shared bathroom with a glass-front shower.

On the second floor are three lovely guestrooms. Guests in the primary suite will enjoy a luxurious upholstered king bed and a private en suite bathroom with a shower, a dual-sink vanity, and a separate soaking tub. The final two guestrooms in the main house are a king bed guestroom with a private bathroom and shower/tub combo, and a queen bed guestroom with a private bathroom and a shower.

The carriage house boasts wonderful accommodations for guests seeking a little more privacy. This area features a kitchenette with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, and mini refrigerator.     Our stay was overall great. Lovely house, clean, spacious and beautifully appointed. My only two issues were the bed in the master was really u comfortable to both my husband and I and the water pressure in the master bathroom was almost non existent. No other guest had issues with their bed or their water pressure. I ended up just taking a shower in one of the other bathrooms after the first day, which was fine. It does need to be addressed though. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience. I would definitely book again.

    This house was an incredible place to spend the week in Watercolor. It’s close to everything and the golf cart makes life simple in Seaside. No need to drive anywhere! We did get shorted on wristbands and had some trouble getting the extras we needed. Took a little bit of time and work on my part to contact Watercolor HOA and get it squared away (hence 4 stars). Everything else was perfect.

    This house was the perfect set up for out weekend, allowing everyone to have their own space. It was the perfect home base, we had some rainy days and were able to all relax in the house play some games with no issues. Beds were comfortable, everything was maintain so well, would expect nothing less from 3y0 blue.

    Overall, the house is great - very clean, modern, nicely decorated, great pool (the kids loved the color-changing lights at night). The management company was super-responsive to the 2 minor issues we had. The only reason I can't go 5-stars overall is the location. It's not a bad location, per se, but it is probably one of the worst locations within Watercolor. Not really walking distance of anything. The golf cart and the bikes are nice, but we didn't really want to bike going out to dinner, and the golf cart was only going to seat 6 or 7 and we had 11 people in the house, so we had to take a car. It's really a matter of priority - is it worth it to you to pay a premium for a better location? For us, next time the answer is yes. One other note - the golf cart has seen better days. At speeds above 20 mph the steering got really flaky (i.e. it was quite an effort to drive straight).

    We enjoyed our stay except for the bikes which for what we paid, we expected nice bikes. They were rusty. One seat kept moving while on the bike. Another one, the chain was hitting the guard which caused us to return right after we left. Our grandson was riding one when the chain came off which caused him to hit the pavement. He had many scrapes and cuts. I called to let 360 Blue know. They never returned my call. The house is very nice.

    Really enjoyed trip. COVID-19 made some things a little frustrating- eg 360 blue management company was quite inflexible re late check out etc. however, other than that, loved the trip. It’s a bit further away from the beach/downtown than we wanted (~1.7 miles) but the included golf cart offset this. House is beautifully appointed.

    Loved the house. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. We paid to have the pool/hot tub heated. The hot tub does not stay heated as the temperature cycles back and forth, the back yard is not well lit and more than 2 wash towels per bathroom would be nice. That was disappointing but other than that we loved the house and the golf cart.
