Luxury retreat, magnificent sunset views

The sunsets are absolutely stunning!

Was not as clean as the pictures. Example: shortly after being there we realized the floors were terribly dirty. My kids feet were already black from running barefoot around inside after only a couple of minutes. It is located in a basement, although there is a private garage and entrance there is still person / people living and moving around above you.All 3 bedrooms are very nice, large and come with their own bathroom but the middle bathroom didn’t have enough water pressure to actually use that shower and another had ants around the bath tub and toilet.It is very nice to have the garage to use for our vehicle.

This property is described as luxury. The view is luxurious, but that is it. The yard was overgrown, one patio door to the outside would not lock, and the back patio was dirty with very sparse furniture.Indoors, the kitchen is not well-equipped. There were old pans, few cooking utensils and no hot pads at all. There were a total of 6 bath towels…not even enough for 2 per person.Most importantly, the water pressure in both showers was extremely low. So low, in fact, that the ladies in our group could not even rinse the shampoo out of their hair.When the host was contacted about the shower issue during our stay, the comment was, “Thank you for your stay.” When we tried to address it through customer service, the host accused us of exaggerating. Not professional whatsoever.We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s and any small issues are always addressed. We’ve never given a bad review until now. Know that this is not a luxury experience.

Clean house. Nice rooms

Very clean and comfortable house. It's the bottom half of a 2 story house, with the hosts living in the upstairs part. Each room has it's own spacious bathroom, with a nice living room and kitchen area, as well as a very large concrete deck out back that faces the sunset in the evening. The unit has a 3 car garage, a covered carport in front of the garage, as well as additional parking out in front of the carport and even on the street as well, along with a nice washer and dryer set in the garage.

Conveniently located just off Bee Caves Rd. with shops and HEB minutes away, the property is quiet and private, located in a wooded area with a sweeping view of the hill country. Three spacious and comfortable suites and a large kitchen/living area for relaxing, playing games, etc. Large deck with sitting and dining areas, open to the view. Well appointed kitchen. We are an older couple who joined their adult children in Austin for Christmas, and it provided a great space and atmosphere for our conversations and activities. A doe and a buck came along for 15 minutes the morning we left. The only downside was very low water pressure in the MB2, requiring us to shower in another bathroom.

Family wedding, worked well for 3 couples. Enjoyed the views!

We were on the 1st floor, i think the owner lives in 2nd floor. i would stay again

We went to Austin with our daughter’s family to spend time together and to watch the Longhorns. The VRBO was OK. I think some extra time is needed for cleaning in the bathrooms. Also, rugs would make it feel more homely. Approach roads were tricky.

Absolutely gorgeous view from watching the Sunset. The house is very spacious. We are already thinking of ways to get back to Austin to stay there again

Gorgeous property, view from the terrace of the Austin Skyline and the sunsets were wonderful. House was well stocked for everything that we could need and if there was any questions, the host was very responsive. We will be back.

Beautiful view in a nice neighborhood! Roomy! Not good water pressure in showers. Enjoyed our stay very much! Understand that you are the bottom floor of the house and host lives above you.
