Loved the house! Very comfortable and well appointed. Lots of seating places though out the house so everyone could visit. I would highly recommend this property.

I must say this house was everything iI expected and more. We had a group of 7 adults over 50 and slept comfortably you can spread out throughout the house. . The back yard was amazingly beautiful. With the heated salt water pool, the night obedience was amazing at night.Melamed was great she was there when we checked in to answer any questions and to go go over a couple of things with the house. A Very pleasant person. Only thing is they just need extra comforts for the futon. Other than that everything was beautiful. When i go back to Georgia i would diffently stay there again. Plus they have done a lot of upgrades and still working on beatifying the home.

A very comfortable home as we visited family in Atlanta. Very convenient location, just off of I-285. The outdoor patio is exquisite and very inviting. The 2-car garage was quite convenient for parking the rental car. Great communication with the owner. Thank you very much!!!

We stayed for 4 nights. The owner was very responsive and willing to take care of anything. We didn’t want anyone in the house while we were there. The house and the pool could have been a bit cleaner. Pool area had a lot of debris. We had trouble getting things going outside, fan and tv. Owner gave us directions but we still had trouble. It was interesting that only 2 bedrooms had tv. Kitchen had everything you need. Plenty of space to hang out with everyone.

Was in Atlanta for a Father-son weekend to attend Braves baseball. the house was perfect. Had a great outdoor-pool area. We hung there all day Saturday. Host was super responsive.

This was the perfect home away from home! I rented it for my son's graduation from Morehoue College. It was perfect for mynlarge family. My grandbabies loved the pool and we had the most amazing time! I highly recommend this home! The host was super responsive and available for anything we needed before, during and after our stay. We would absolutely rent this home again!

This Smyrna home was perfect for our homecoming trip back to GA to reunite with our family over the CHRISTmas holiday!!It is a very stylishly decorated home with quality furnishings, has a picture perfect color scheme and lighting with some of the most comfortable bedding I've ever experienced in any rental period!!It's more than adequately stocked with all the essentilas one would need to host a small dinner party. The lower level is the perfect setup for an intimate family game night or suitable as a separate gathering space for teens and tweens to hang out.It's an older home where extensive rehab has been done to modernize and update which has been very well thought out . I'm very particular so there were a few minor areas that required her immediate attention or pointed out..She's addressing to raise the bar from 4.5 to a solid five ?????The host, who is the owner, is very pleasant, most accommodating, accessible, and responds promptly via messaging . She does an excellent job to assure one has the comforts of home away from home easily accessible. She's very easy to work with and more than happy to meet reasonble request. We appreciated the Tree and Christmas decor most especially!Thank you again first for hosting personally as the owner with sincerity, your accessibility and willingness to accommodate our families Christmas Eve game night was a huge success. Fun was had by all !
