Was not what appears on the Vrbo picture. Plus got a email stating that the deck attached to the gazebo was rotten got this the day we got there. Then after we got home got a email saying that we damaged some things that we didn’t. Tried to call the owner who would not talk to me. Be careful if you book this location

What a great place to stay. Oxana, our host, was so welcoming and hospitable with great communication. The home was clean, comfortable, and included everything needed for a comfortable stay with my large family group. I easily recommend staying here.

We had a group of 8 and there was enough room for all of us. We had age ranges from 11 to 55 and enjoyed our stay. Our host was amazing and was reachable anytime I needed her.

We were excited for a relaxing family weekend, but this stay fell short due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The kitchen wasn’t adequately cleaned—used sponge, dirty table, no cleaning supplies and backsplash splattered—so we didn’t feel comfortable eating in. Both grills were in terrible shape. The charcoal grill was full of old briquettes and literally fell apart when we tried to clean it. The gas grill had no propane. Walls were marked up, trim dirty and general wear and tear. The back deck was unsafe, and that back hang out room is NOT accessible to guests. This wasn’t disclosed in the listing and should’ve been. We also saw cockroaches inside, which is unacceptable. Pest control is clearly needed. To their credit, the owner was responsive and said they could address any issues on demand, but we didn’t come to troubleshoot or coordinate repairs during our stay. Vrbo stays should be low-maintenance and comfortable—this wasn’t.With real investment in cleaning, repairs, pest control, and transparency in the listing, this place could be great. Unfortunately, in its current condition, we can’t recommend it.

The house was just okay. We needed enough space for 3 kids and five adults, so our choices in the area were limited. We were in town visiting family, so had a specific area we wanted to be near too. The house itself needed a deep clean. We had to clean the upstairs bathroom shower to even use it. Several maintenance things need done around the property. I did let the manager know and she was quick to respond that she would handle them and wasn’t aware items were broken. These were small things that didn’t really impact our stay. My biggest concern was the neighborhood. The house next door is in major disrepair with people coming and going all hours of the night. Cars and motorcycles doing burnouts and donuts on the road kept us up at night. This isn’t exactly something the home owner can fix, but I would have liked to know before booking, particularly with a baby. Overall, we weren’t at the property much and it slept us all which was the main need. Pros: easy access to Charlotte, sleeps large group, updated kitchen, well stocked kitchenCons: neighborhood, nightly noise, back deck unusable due to disrepair, cleanliness not up to par, several windows unable to lock, no checkout instructions when leaving, in flight path of Charlotte airport, beds not comfortable.

This place worked perfect for us. We started coming in Thursday night and by Friday morning All four of us had arrived. We played golf on Friday. Had some friends join us for a pizza party Friday night, and went to South Carolina football game on Saturday. Oxana was terrific to communicate with before during and after our stay. She made it very easy for me to plan this weekend, and answered any and all questions as the weekend approached, and during our stay, as well as afterwards. The location was great for what we were looking for. and the House was perfect for our pizza party. We had 15 - 20 people and it never felt too crowded. Family members with little kids generally hung out in the basement area that had a TV and comfortable couches. The rest of us were on the first level, where there was tons of plates and glasses for us to use. Finally, it should be noted that it’s clear that Oxana Has put time and effort into the look and feel of this house. The decorating is very nice and helps make for a welcoming stay. Thank you Oxana. We had a great weekend!!

The amount of spider webs, spiders, water bugs/roaches and bugs crawling around was insane. Bugs in the showers, bugs running across the stove, on towels and floors was ridiculous. The house is not comfortable to stay in. Thedeck is nes

We had to evacuate Asheville due to Hurricane Helene. Oxana was able to expedite our check in and welcomed us with our three pets with open arms. She was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay. We were able to set up our work from home office at the dining table and there was plenary of room for us all to live comfortably. I could not recommend this place more! 15 minute short drive to all the cool things in Charlotte and a lovely quiet street in a nice neighborhood.

The house was nice. There were some broken appliances and drawers that caused some.minor issues, but nothing unlivable. The host, Oxana, was less than accommodating when it came to extending our stay. My family was displaced to due Hurricane Helene, the reason for our stay. Oxana was aware at the time of our booking that there would be a possibility of extending are stay based on the progress with restoring utilities back home. We agreed on a extension, but a mere hour later, the home was booked by another client. Extremely disappointed by this, I called her to be met by a rigid and kurt host seemingly unwilling to take care of a current client. I soon realized she wanted to raise the rate on her home, due to the looming influx of travelers, resulting from the fallout of Hurricane Helene. I was told that she could not block off days, which I know to be false. Extremely disappointed in Oxana's treatment of myself and my family.

Pros: Oxana was very easy to get in contact with and quick to respond to messages. The house overall was very nice. The downstairs of the split level is nice and stylish, with plenty of furniture for 6 adults to sit and stretch out. There was also a great dining room table for everyone to sit at. The house was also in a great location. We were there as alumni for a college football game, and the stadium (Panthers stadium) wasn't very far, and plenty of restaurants were nearby. The kitchen was also spacious and easy to cook and hang out in.  Cons: The stove top has a giant crack over the biggest burner, which we weren't warned about. As we had a large group, it was a little difficult to cook for everyone while avoiding that burner. The downstairs living room was also connected to one of the bedrooms, and they were separated by a portable divider. I would have liked to have known in advance (or maybe I missed it) that one of the couples who stayed in the home wouldn't have privacy. The downstairs bathroom has a window with no curtains or anything to block seeing (and being seen) from both the backyard and the neighbors' backyard. This bathroom included a shower with glass walls and was easily visible through the window. Finally, there were also dents/scratches/chipped paint throughout the house. This didn't affect the cleanliness of the home, but these minor touch-ups would improve the appearance of the interior.  All-in-all, this was a good house that needed fixes/changes.
