This house offers plenty of activities for young and old alike, such as billiards, table tennis and table football, in addition to the 32 m² pool with water slide and the large hot tub for 7 people. If you need some fresh air, we recommend a trip to the North Sea, 2 km away, or a walk in the fenced dog forest about 3 km north of the house. The area offers many attractions, such as Kaj Munk's Vicarage, which is only about 2 km away. The 300 m² luxury house was built in 2011 and is situated on a 3500 m² natural plot. Children have swings and a sandpit at their disposal. For sunny days, the enclosed terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The luxurious house has 3 bathrooms with toilet, washbasin, shower and underfloor heating. The house is heated with geothermal energy and a crackling wood-burning stove. There is a new combi fridge installed with a capacity of 218 on the fridge part and 107 on the freezer. The luxurious house has 20 beds: 4 rooms with double beds, 2 rooms with 4 bunk beds each, 1 room with 2 single beds and 2 pets are allowed There is a satellite TV with 2 German channels as well as 1 Norwegian and 1 Swedish channel in the house. NO SMOKING.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
