Parking wasn’t very organized. A/C went out but it was the batteries in the thermostat they sent someone over to fix it with in a few hours. It was close to my family we went down there to visit. All in all not a bad place to stay

This place was not bad at all for the area. Once it was booked I did receive some messages from the owner asking me to check out the neighborhood online to make sure it was a place I wanted to stay. Once we got there, the neighborhood it's in is kind of broken down but it isn't bad. We didn't feel unsafe at all. There was some concern once we realized the code for the door was written nearby. If you have any OCD I wouldn't recommend staying in this place. A lot of the work was obviously done by somebody who was not a professional. The tiles on the backsplash were not even kitchen cabinets had obviously been broken at one point and it was just screwed on the bottom. Part of the kitchen table was broken but it still functioned fine. The shower on one of the showers was completely gone so if you use the shower you would get water everywhere. One of the headboards were broken and there was a small hole in the wall. The area rug in the living room look like it had not been vacuumed in a very long time. And all the walls had dark marks on them like the walls had not been cleaned or they needed to be repainted. The water temp got so hot that it was steaming and if you weren't careful, you could burn yourself on it. The glass on the coffee table was not secured to the coffee table so you had to be careful or it would come off. The two chairs that were in the living room were light in color and very much so stained.

AC didn’t work even after I talked to the property manager and he had someone sent to fix the problem it still was 78-82. He did say he would give me a refund. I also found mold in the bathroom
