*The City of Palm Springs requires that the responsible party must be 25+ years of age and requires an in-person meeting at the property to discuss rules, collect signatures, etc. Our Property Manager will reach out to you prior to your arrival to coordinator a time to meet up and check you in.

NOISE
*The City of Palm Springs has a strictly enforced sound ordinance. NO outdoor music is permitted during night or day. People's noise is permissible and should be reasonable and measured between the hours of 10am-9pm.

SECURITY: A Ring camera is located at the front and side of the house for your security and to ensure only registered guests are on the premises.
