    Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Homeowners was really nice. However there isn’t much they can do when the house they are supposed to be maintaining is falling apart and is Roach infested. I cannot believe I spent $13k to stay in that house with bugs and broken everything. Windows were stuck open, doors and locks broken. Neighbor kids running around on the roof of the house while my kids were trying to sleep. The only positive about staying here was the location. The home has been on the market for quite some time and I now understand why. I wouldn’t rent this let alone purchase it ever.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great. Place was perfect for our large family. We come every year and actually have been coming to house right next door since it was built! The only thing it really lacked was a few kitchen utensils and there were zero trash cans in any of the 6 bathrooms. A small sweeper vacuum would have also helped keep the floors cleaner from all the sandy feets. 😉. I give this property a 9.5 overall. Beautiful home! We will be back. Soon.
