Vacation should be a breeze, and this home makes it easy. It rests just one home back from gulf front with a private pool and private beach access 60 steps away.

-Panoramic Views: 3rd floor balcony, accessed from both main suites offers sunrise and sunset views. Grab your coffee, a good book, or squeeze in an afternoon nap. This is a great spot to unwind!
- Private pool: Lounge seating, Adirondack chairs, and charcoal grill. Right outside the pool, you'll find a fridge for keeping your beverages cool and a wet bar to mix up your favorite cocktails.
- Private beach: Door to sand is just 150 ft away, or 60 steps. We provide the beach gear too! High-wind resistant beach umbrellas, backpack beach chairs, and towels are complimentary. Just 9 homes share the private beach - approx. 5 lots across.

1. 1st floor King Suite - your oasis for the week! A beautiful king bed centers the room with custom-built in twin over twin bunk beds that complete the space. Coastal hues, en suite with custom walk-in shower, and smart tv are featured here.
2. 1st floor King Suite - this room highlights another king bed with smart tv and an en suite bath. The bathroom features a large soaking tub, a custom walk-in shower, and single vanity.
3. 3rd floor Primary Suite - a dreamy hideaway! King bed with ocean views! Smart tv and storage are standard, and the beverage cart and balcony access make it extra special. The perfect spot to pause after those long beach days and take in the 30A rays.
4. 3rd floor King Suite - King bed with relaxing vibes, smart tv, and additional balcony access with an en suite too! Double vanity is featured here with a large walk-in shower and a modern aesthetic.
5. Completing the sleeping arrangements are two bunk areas, both tucked away for privacy on the 3rd floor. One on the east, and one on the west side of the house, there are 2 bunk beds - twin over twin. They feature smart tv's and charging stations.

- Starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
- All bathrooms come fully equipped with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner

- Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway right in front of the pool. Unfortunately, there is no street parking available in this community.

    Perfect location. Easy and close access to the private beach. Loved the Tommy Bahamian beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Comfortable beds…and plenty of sleeping and bathroom spaces for everyone in our group. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants.Cozy kitchen and living room for everyone to gather in. Several issues addressed promptly by management. Gated community….so felt super safe and no one could access the beach area unless they were staying in one of the properties in the cullesac.

    The house is in a great location and the proximity to the beach is fantastic. The quarters would not be described as spacious, but as advertised and ample beds for our party of 9. Walking distance from a few restaurants and some shops with some news ones that appear to be opening soon (maybe in summer 2023). Short drive to Rosemary, the Hub, or Seaside.
