Luxury Re-modeled Lake Front, Stunning Views - Private beaches, piers, hiking

The. Views. We had an amazing one week stay, and loved every part of the accomodations. Marion is a great host, very responsive and helpful. The place is super clean, the beds are comfortable, and by far my favorite was the patio furniture. :) No better place to relax than on any of the balcony/patios. The complex is quiet, the staff there is friendly. It was very quiet, but within 5- 10 mins of anything you want to do in North Lake Tahoe. We loved our stay!

We had an incredible stay - from the moment we stepped foot on the luxurious deep pile carpet to opening the patio doors onto the balcony with the most incredible lake views.We felt so at home here, it came with everything you needed to cook & keep the place clean with an endless supply of washing up liquid, dish washer tablets, cleaning spray, washing detergent, towels, beach towels, paper towels and tea towels.There was a great supply of seasonings & oils to cook with, lots of wrap, sandwich bags and bin bags. I hate renting places where they supply you with enough to keep a place clean for no more than 2 mins. The condo is so comfortable from the patio sofa to the beds and the pillows. The showers were powerful and it was great to be able to access the washer and dryer.Also…a hair dryer with a diffuser!! A curly girl’s unexpected dream. The location of this condo is ideal as it’s super close to the route to the beach which is well kept and relatively quiet. The pier is picture perfect and ideal for those sunset family pictures. One thing to note, if walking, there’s a small hill that will challenge your respiratory system!Close to the beach are immaculate toilets - I’ve never come across such clean facilities that are shared.There is access to tennis / paddle ball courts and all equipment is included. There is also a family friendly pool.The Chinquapin resort is a gated community so its very safe and in a great location.Thank you to Marion!

This property is stunning! The home itself is beautiful, well stocked, very nicely decorated and very clean. The view from the balconies is amazing and perfect for enjoying dinner or a drink after a busy day. The location was great for us— easy drive to Tahoe City, Incline Village, Kings Beach and Truckee. The host, Marion, was in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property.

We can’t say enough about how spectacular our stay was at this place. The view, the location, the gated community was just awesome. The communication between us and Marion was perfect. It is on our list of places we need to return to. We love to stay in VRBO homes, this was by far our favorite!

We enjoyed 5 nights and enjoyed waking up to beautiful sunrises over Lake Tahoe before a full day on the slopes at palisades. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the condo.

We visited for a week in winter. Amazing views from all three floors, home was clean, spacious and well-equipped (except could use a teapot!). Communication was super responsive and check in easy. Would definitely recommend and come again. Thanks!

Our family enjoyed another week at this magnificent home on Lake Tahoe at Chinquapin. The home, location, amenities, and marvelous host has been our family's favorite for the past five summers! We are very thankful to have once again enjoyed this beautiful setting... making so many family memories to be cherished for years to come!!

The place is lovely with the best deck and fantastic view. Nicely appointed, we did not need anything. Terrific location in Chinquapin, private beaches, walking paths, pool, very uncrowded. We brought a boat and rented a mooring from the property management company. Marion was also great and responsive. We would love to come back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lake Tahoe. The location of the condo is excellent and an easy drive to almost everything. Coming from Texas, we are not used to a place with no air-conditioning so we kept the windows open during the day and evening. Downstairs was always comfortable and cool for sleeping. Overall, excellent stay!

Beautiful home with view of Tahoe from multiple rooms and decks . Wonderful setting with fabulous amenities such as walking paths, pickleball, tennis, dock ,and pool Close access to dining. I enjoyed biking to the bike trails. A wonderful property for a family or close friends.
