The pool and spa are outdoor amenities, and availability may vary depending on weather and seasonal conditions.

This is a quiet, private property designed for relaxing, reconnecting, and enjoying the natural beauty of Northwest Arkansas.

**Owner on Property:** The owner resides in a completely separate private residence on the 10-acre property. Guests have exclusive use of the main home and all amenities included with their reservation. The owner's presence allows for the care and upkeep of the estate while maintaining the privacy and tranquility guests come here to enjoy. Guest privacy is highly respected throughout your stay.

**Fireplaces:** The property features both an indoor fireplace and a large outdoor wood-burning stone fireplace. Starter firewood is provided, with additional firewood available for purchase. **All fires must be completely extinguished by 10:00 PM.**

**Indoor Fireplace:** Please contact the host before using the indoor fireplace and follow the fireplace rules posted in the home.

**Outdoor Fireplace:** Use of the outdoor fireplace is subject to current Benton County burn restrictions, burn bans, weather conditions, and applicable regulations. Please follow all posted outdoor fireplace rules and host instructions.

*Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please inquire with the host regarding pool heating during your stay.
