This beautiful, newly renovated, and furnished 4 bedroom 2 bath home in NW Bradenton with a screened-in pool area sleeps 12 and is in great proximity to everything you could want or need while on vacation! Located in a prime location in Bradenton, you are just a short drive from local groceries, shopping, and the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island!

When arriving at the property you will be greeted by the large yard with mature flora that will help you feel the relaxation of being on vacation. When walking in through the front door you will instantly be welcomed to the open floorplan that blends the living room, kitchen, dining room, and Florida room all into one. With this floorplan, you can cook, eat, watch TV, or even play pool without having to leave the company of your family or guests. To make the house feel even more like one big room full of excitement, through the Florida room you can open up the sliding glass doors and walk straight out onto the pool deck with plenty of seating options that look out onto a lake behind.

There is also a sleeper sofa available in the living room for larger groups.
