The downstairs bedroom will be upgraded with a king-size bed, the upstairs bunk room will be transformed into a cozy office featuring a twin daybed, and all flooring will be replaced. HOUSE RULES

Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.

Pets: Under NO circumstances are pets allowed due to homeowner allergies.

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (7) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.

Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no parking on lawns, sidewalks, streets, or swales, no overnight commercial vehicles, and no trailers.
