Stayed Dec 29, 2022There were 2 couples/snowbirds who stayed at Sunridge Estates for 65 days from end of December to 1st week in March. The house had everything we needed, kitchen was well stocked and we wanted for nothing. The house was clean and comfortable ? There were a few items that came up, i.e. TV and WiFi went out, although, Kyle was on it immediately and had it working immediately. Our only suggestion for Kyle was to add some dressers to the bedrooms to put your clothes in, which would enhance longer stays ☺️ Kyle is truly a super host and we hope to return for another stay. Thank You Kyle, you are simply the best.

Stayed Sep 16, 2021Our family and friends definitely enjoyed this property! We were able to enjoy cooking and eating with the open concept and space. My kids loved it, especially the pool! The owner Kyle was awesome! Made our stay so easy and comfortable! Can’t wait to book again for our next trip.

Stayed Jul 22, 2021When first arriving at the property some trash cans were tipped over and trash was strung out along the front yard. I contacted the Owner and he responded immediately and had a family member come and clean up the mess. Once we entered the house it was very nice and roomy. As we did a walk through we noticed someone’s shoes by the back door and then upon closer inspection there were crumbs on the counter top and when I pulled back the sheets I noticed there were strands of hair and there were some Capri Sun straw wrappers on the outside table. It just made me wonder if the house was throughly cleaned like it should have been. The owner was wonderful and responsive. My only suggestion would be for the owner to speak to whoever is supposed to be cleaning and make sure they are doing what there supposed to. Other than that the place was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay! My friends and family had a wonderful time and the pool was amazing!!!! There was plenty of space in the house for everyone and the beds were extremely comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.
