Luxury Palm Valley Home with Pool and Hot Tub!

We truly enjoyed this home during our stay, especially how centrally located it is to the freeway and shopping. The backyard is amazing for relaxing, sunbathing and pool time! The layout of the home is great for families with plenty of space to spread out when needed, and plenty of room to come together for family tom too.The owners are quick to respond and very easy to work with. We are grateful to have found this home as our home base for our vacation and exploration of the Phoenix area!

The house was awesome, very nicely appointed with all the amenities. We really enjoyed the backyard with a spectacular pool and very inviting hot tub. The house is located in a great area, easy to get to and close to everything. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with, great communication and response time was excellent.

Well-stocked kitchen with the extras that made it better! Soap for all sinks and laundry!! Plenty of towels! Beautifully decorated! Felt like home while visiting family!

The house is beautiful and we loved the hot tub. We visited in December so it was too cold to go swimming. We enjoyed the surrounding area as well with great restaurants and things for our family to do. We were only about 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix, which made this a very convenient location for exploring. We loved our time there and made wonderful memories.

The house is beautiful. The landscaping is awesome. Really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the fire pit outside as well. The house was very clean as well.

This was a perfect getaway for my family. The hot tub was a nice retreat, the pool was clean and chilly. We enjoyed our rest time at the house.

Probably the best house we’ve stayed at. The house was everything it was advertised and more. Not only was the floor plan great but the quality of the house was beyond what I expected…same with the outdoor amenities. We had another group of friends rent a nearby house on a lake and it just wasn’t even close to the quality of house this one is. If you’re looking for a high end house with a great floor plan and everything you need, don’t hesitate to rent this house. Thank you and we’ll definitely be back!

The best way to summarize my stay is WOW! The house was clean and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The only draw back would be the noisy jets that fly over but that is way beyond the owner's control. The check in process was easy and communication was easy and prompt. Thank you so much! If I could give you more stars I definitely would!

We were in Phoenix to visit friends. The location of this Vrbo was only 10 minutes from our friends. Nice location for food and grocery.It was nice to be able to enjoy the pool also.The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable!

It is a very well kept and clean house. We were in town to visit family and it had everything we could ask for. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. We had a couple of issues and the owners addresses them immediately. It was a perfect vacation!

The hosts were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were very prompt in responding to our request. Their home is beautiful and very relaxing! My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed our time at their home. The backyard is a beautiful oasis that allows for fun and relaxation in their beautiful pool which is what our trip was for! We loved the space, layout and amenities of this home. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and on the grill, playing board games in the dining room, and spending time outside on the patio, in the pool and in the hot tub. All of the beds were so comfy and we enjoyed every part of the home.

The property was well maintained and clean. Great place to get a way and relax.

We had children an adults. Kitchen was stocked!! Location was perfect! Beds comfortable! Only down side was no pool toys or enough lounge chairs around pool. Other than that it was perfect!!! Highly recomend.

We drove down to AZ for some sun during our spring break. This house was clean, welcoming, and the perfect place for our stay! The backyard is amazing, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We loved it so much we even extended our stay! We'd love to stay again someday.

The property was exactly as described and in great condition. The pool was a little cool but we knew that was a risk this early in April so the hot tub got a lot more use! Getting to watch all the planes from Luke AFB was a treat for our future pilot. Check-in was easy and the hosts were in contact and easily accessible.

What a wonderful visit in this beautiful home! There was plenty of room and beautiful outdoor space, which is where we like spending our time.

This is the perfect place to stay in Goodyear. Clean, quiet, spacious and beautifully decorated. The house comes with everything you need and then some. We will be staying here again.

Beautiful house! It was very clean spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s not too far from Luke Air Force Base so it was really cool to see the Jets flying over during the day very safe neighborhood and hosts were amazing. They communicated in a timely manner, answered all questions and would absolutely stay with this host again!

Overall experience was good. The fighter jet experience in the area was cool to begin with but was a little too much after a few days.

Will stay again.

A beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. This is our second time staying at this house. Close to everything with easy access to major highways. Will definitely stay again.

The property was beyond our expectations. The decor was beautiful and welcoming. Kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware, utensils and dishware needed to prepare just about any meal. Entertainment options ran from games to puzzles, books to read to outside activities in the pool. I would quickly recommend this property to friends visiting the area. A true gem.

The house had everything we needed for a long weekend. Just as listed. Big pool, great backyard, & nice hot tub. The house was very spacious & nicely decorated. The host responded to every question. Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed.

The house is beautiful and just as pictured. Everything you need for the kitchen and I appreciate when paper products are stocked so I’m not buying tp and paper towels for a weekend. The only thing I would mention is that the outdoor lounges need replaced. There are comfy chairs to sit in around the patio table but the lounges were very stained and one completely torn. I’d definitely stay again.
