Basic Rules:

Must be at least 25 years old to rent this property based on City Regulations this home cannot be rented to anyone under the age of 25. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. You must rent the home for yourself and your guests. This will cause immediate cancellation to your stay.



We have 5 outdoor cameras located front and back of our property for security and can be used to check occupancy and No Music compliance. (Guest(s) may not disconnect or tamper with exterior Security Cameras. If disconnected/tampered with, the contract will terminate immediately with no refunds.)



ACTIONS BY GUEST NEEDED:

Each guest over the age of 18 must sign the Palm Spring required documents, your group has 24hrs to provided the following information to avoid cancellation.



The responsible party that booked must provide government ID (driver’s license, passport, or national identity card). Must provide emails and full names of everyone over the age of 18, anyone under the age of 18 please provide full name and age.



Keep in mind if we do not receive all emails with in 24hrs after booking we will have to cancel your stay with us. Your group will have 2 days to sign all Palm Springs Required Documents. No music and no extra guests allowed during you stay, any extra guests that are brought into home will cause immediate cancellation of your stay and your party will be escorted out by security.



No music or loud sounds allowed outside at anytime of day due to city wide ordnance $1000+ fine from city that's passed on to the renter. (We use smart home technology to improve your experience.     Beautiful well kept and clean, one suggestion would be to hook up and make usable the television on the patio , would have been nice to put on u tube music while relaxing in the jacuzzi..thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us..Regards: Allen,James,Jonny,Cris

    Family of 5 and grandma stayed here for Thanksgiving and we loved it. We opted to pay to heat the pool which gave us built in entertainment. Went for a hike at the nearby trail (.25 miles). The bedroom setup worked really well for us even with 3 young kids we were comfortable and the master suite was massive! We will look to stay here again!

    The house and surroundings were perfect in every way. We have stayed in a few houses in Palm Springs and was one of the best. Everything was clean, comfortable and all the amenities were easy to find and use. Our families had a wonderful time and no distractions from the fun of vacationing thanks to the homeowners and Zach and Lexis at the rental management company. One point of consideration: This home is in a very nice neighborhood, so if you cannot keep your volume at a reasonable and considerate level, this probably is not a good choice.

    My family of 5 stayed in this beautiful home to celebrate Christmas. The home was very spacious, had all amenities needed, and met our needs. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The master bedroom and bathroom is very spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub. The house was very comfortable and felt like home.
