The main house features a beautiful fully equipped kitchen flowing out into the lounge/ dining area which also opens up onto the large entertainers deck perfect for enjoying a platter and some wine whilst overlooking the glorious sunsets that Port Stephens have to offer. With two well-appointed bedrooms upstairs with queen sized beds, the master room with gorgeous views and an ensuite. The home is finished with the highest quality appliances, gorgeous decor and the look is completed with polished timber flooring. Downstairs you will find a separate retreat perfect for a second family or the in laws, this retreat features a queen bed, double bed and also a cot. (NO internal stairs).

The charging of any electric vehicles, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this property.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.

A 800 Security Deposit (pre authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or visa.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 3pm and 5pm on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 pm and 8.00 am.

    Excellent location with an easy walk to the beach. Place was clean and comfortable.Probably me not reading the fine print, but beware you cannot access the downstairs from within the house - you have to go outside and down to get there - which was a bit tricky with small kids.

    We stayed at Luxury on Dutchmans with a young family for 5 days. The house was spacious and the location to Dutchmans Beach was super convenient. We were surprised at how close the beach was, we had an access through the backyard and onto a pathway that led to the beach. Dutchmans Beach is a small calm beach suitable for young children. The only advice to the property owners is the house could do with better styling and we needed more dishwashing liquid, garbage bags and detergent, we ended up buying these items throughout our stay. Downstairs had a lounge that was literally from the 70’s. Other than that our stay was wonderful!

    Family of 4 (small kids) stayed upstairs only, which was plenty of room. Top level has a more luxurious feel to it (downstairs feels a bit like 2nd prize). WIFI would be good. Loved the easy walk to Dutchies beach. We would definitely stay again.

    Great location with privacy, views, and overall great spot to be. Little funny with the downstairs apartment accessed only by an outdoor staircase, otherwise great!

    Really spacious property, very comfortable beds and a terrific balcony. Great location to town. To make it even better next time, garage use would have been good, and the addition of WiFi to access Netflix through the properties smart tv.

    Had a brilliant 6 night stay in this amazing property. The location is amazing, overlooking Dutchman’s Bay, private and quiet. Easy walk along the shared path at the back of the property into town or to Dutchmans Bay and nearby park. Wonderful facilities in the home, immaculate, comfortable beds, generous space and furnishings. We will be back!
