This exquisite oceanfront home is conveniently located in the East Beach neighborhood just steps from the beach. Overlooking Gould's Inlet this home offers some of the island's finest sunrise views right from your windows!

Enter through the large arched front door into a welcoming foyer. To your left, you'll find a cozy sitting room, while the laundry room and powder room are conveniently located to your right. Walk straight ahead through another arched entryway to discover the heart of the home; an open-concept space combining the kitchen, dining, and living areas. This central gathering spot leads to a covered porch furnished with comfortable couches and an outdoor dining table and stunning ocean backdrop, making this the perfect location for dining al fresco. The well-equipped main kitchen features marble countertops, a glass tile backsplash, Wolf gas cooktop, two Bosch dishwashers, and a large Thermador refrigerator. The first of the three primary suites is also located on this floor with a king bed and spacious bathroom, complete with a soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower, and double vanity.

Make your way upstairs to discover, two more large primary bedrooms with direct access onto the oceanfront deck. Each comes with its own luxurious bathroom, featuring soaking tubs, walk-in showers, and double vanities. One bedroom offers a king bed, the other a queen. On the opposite side, two guest bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations - one with a queen bed and a tub/shower combo, the other with two twin beds and a walk-in shower. At the end of the hallway on this side, a small balcony overlooks the front of the house, offering a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

The ground floor, level with the pool area, is a dream for those who love to relax by the water. Featuring another full kitchen with an oversized fridge and separate ice maker; perfect for preparing refreshing drinks and snacks without having to go upstairs. The huge kitchen island, comfortable seating area with couches, and an additional dining table make this space ideal for family time. Two sides of this area are fitted with full-length sliding doors that open up to the pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. For added convenience, there's a full bath on this level with an oversized walk-in shower, great for rinsing off after a swim.

While this home is oceanfront with stunning views, it's important to note that it is not directly on the beach. However, beach access is conveniently close:

16th Street public beach access is just 249 feet away, a quick 3-minute walk.
Gould's Inlet beach access is 0.2 miles away, about a 6-minute walk.
Coast Guard Station/East Beach public beach access is 1.1 miles away, a short 5-minute drive.
This location allows you to enjoy both the privacy of your oceanfront pool and easy access to St. Simons beautiful beaches.

**Although the pool and the spa are available for guest use, the spa jets are not able to be turned on nor is the heat.
