This spacious sanctuary with 4br/3ba main house plus separate 1br/1ba casita is fully furnished for comfort! Gourmet kitchen and dining area, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, outdoor fireplace, custom pool and hot tub, adjustable height basketball and pickleball courts, 9-hole putting green, pool table and Level-2 EV charger!
Non smokingenvironment. smoking or vaping or use of recreational drugs are prohibited.
A $50/night stay resort fee is in addition to the nightly booking.
House Rules:
1.    No smoking marijuana, no vaping, no usage of recreational drugs, no parties or events of any kind are allowed, including gatherings with unregistered guests that exceed the booked guest count.
2.    Guests must respect quiet hours from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM; loud music, shouting, or any noise that may disturb neighbors is not permitted at any time.
3.    The maximum number of people on the property (day or night) may not exceed the number of guests on the reservation, unless pre-approved in writing.
4.    If neighbors report excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behavior, guests may be required to leave immediately with no refund of booking fees, in line with --------’s community disturbance and party policies.
5.    Guests are responsible for any fines, citations, or penalties resulting from noise complaints, unauthorized parties, or disturbance to the community.
6. Dog owners must pick up after their dog(s) and are financially responsible for any damages caused by the dog.
7. For your safety, we installed external cameras on the property’s exterior only to help maintain a secure and comfortable environment for all guests during their stay.
