Guest access
Access is provided through digital keypads. Guests will be issued a door code and that code will be valid until their time of checkout.

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. This includes the beautifully designed living areas, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Outside, you’ll enjoy the private backyard with a pool, lounging areas, and a fire pit. The home features keyless entry for easy check-in and checkout, allowing you to come and go at your convenience throughout your stay. We want you to feel right at home during your visit.

*Please note that the pool does not have a 4-sided isolation fence, so added supervision is necessary.*

- Supervision: Ensure that all swimmers are supervised at all times, especially children and those who are inexperienced swimmers. Never leave anyone unattended in or near the pool area.
- Pool Access: The pool is accessible via steps; please use caution when entering and exiting to avoid slips or falls.
- No Diving: Diving is strictly prohibited due to varying pool depths, which can lead to serious injury.
- Use at Your Own Risk: The pool area is not monitored by lifeguards. All guests use the pool at their own risk. The host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur during your stay.

Security Cameras

Our property is equipped with 24/7 operating security cameras that are positioned outside, facing the front and back of the house. Please note, there is no indoor camera for your privacy.

Pet Policy

We welcome dogs/cats with a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay. Dogs must be crate and potty trained.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. This includes smoking of any kind, including marijuana. A $500 fee will be charged for cleaning and deodorization if smoking occurs indoors. Your cooperation helps us keep the space fresh and welcoming for everyone, and we greatly appreciate your understanding.
